   First time here- Had a 7:30 reservation didn’t get drinks until almost 8:00. Last call was announced before our food even arrived. The sides with the steak were so underwhelming and the staff was so ready to get out of there they didn’t even ask us how things were tasting until we were done. The staff was nice but seemed understaffed so I won’t say it’s on them but I’m very sad to say I picked this place for a birthday dinner. Probably will not be back any time soon unfortunately.

   The bartenders were great but seemed way too overwhelmed for what was going on. The service was slow, but when they had time for you, they were great. We were celebrating a birthday. We let them know. They didn't do anything to help us there. Overall a cool space, I just wish that everyone didn't seem so overwhelmed.

   Great change of pace from the typical Temecula Wine experience. Cool vibe. Get the Revolver - single malt, coffee liqueur, orange. Strange combo, right? One of the best cocktails I’ve had in a while! We had an excellent salad and hummus plate. Definitely will stop in again.

   First of all, I want to preface this review with the fact that this was our first experience at this restaurant on Valentine’s night and we understand that the restaurant was very busy. The hostess was friendly. We had two bartenders that were serving us throughout the night. The female bartender was great and made excellent drinks. We will definitely be back for that experience. The second male bartender, not so friendly and acted a little put out when taking our order. My husband ordered the ribeye and I ordered the filet mignon. Both the bar steaks came out cold and overcooked. Our mashed potatoes were very crumbly and dry. The string beans were not even trimmed. The prices were reasonable, just wish the food was better. Again, I would try them again as I think this could have been due to such a large amount of people they were trying to accommodate for Valentine’s Day. They had great menu options that I would like to see if it was just an off day. I really enjoyed the distillery ambience and great cocktails.

   Took a very long time to get service. when we did it took even longer than it should to get my dink and then I had to get up and ask where my Friends Drink was and even after I asked the someone behind the bar I had to ask again by flagging someone down and he said he forgot. I am a member and was celebrating a birthday. They were not busy when we arrived. it was the day before Valentines, and we also had dinner in the cave we had an awful experience there as well ! Very unhappy!

   Made a reservation. Quickly sat at the actual bar. Given menus and water. Then it took 18 minutes for the server to even acknowledge us and ask us what we would like to drink. Frustrating. Decided to skip eating there and went to Olive Garden instead-lol.

   A very busy night. Sea bass was fantastic. Service was slow but probably due to the very busy crowds. We will definitely be back.

    All of our appetisers were delicious. Just the perfect mix the pizza flatbread, chimichurri fries, Brussels sprouts, and the Hummus.. it was a great environment. The only issue that could’ve been better is greeting at the door when arrival. No welcome I had to go up to the bar to tell them I had a reservation as I stood at the door quite a few minutes, nobody agreed with us so we didn’t know what we were supposed to do. My server was excellent. A young lady can’t remember her name.
