   We dined at this restaurant January 10, 2025, and had an amazing experience. The menu normally consists of a 6 course meal, however, we got an extra meat course (pork belly!), which was amazing. There were two other meat dishes as well that night: Wagyu beef, which was cooked to perfection, and a lamb and lobster dish, which was just sublime. The presentation was beautiful, and all the ingredients came together very well making each bite a delight to the palate. The other courses included an appetizer, a vegetable dish, palate cleanser and dessert. Wine pairings were offered also. The setting is very intimate with seating for fourteen (I counted 5 tables), and there is only one seating per night (the pacing of the dinner is measured). The restaurant is run by a husband and wife team, with Paulina being the most gracious of hosts and Jeremy working his magic in the kitchen. A must place to eat and a very special treat!

   New Years experience dinner was one of the best we have ever had!! The courses were creative and exciting. Each course was explained in detail before we ate..paired with the wine tasting. Wine choices were excellent . A real dining adventure ..Cant wait to come back.

   Go! This is such a special meal, not just for Hawaii, but for anyone who appreciates a beautifully thoughtful meal. So fantastic and delicious! Could not have been happier to eat this food and have these conversations our last night on Maui!

   A wonderful experience. It's like going to the home of a good friend or relative who really cares about the food and is an expert in selecting the ingredients and in preparing them with an exciting vision for each dish and amazingly careful and expert preparation. The wine pairing beautifully complemented each dish. In summary, a delicious, relaxed, and overall delightful evening.

   We had the most incredible food with an atmosphere and service that’s surpassed all previous dining experiences. Truly an experience my family and I will never forget.

   Amazing meal, worth a Michelin star or more. The chef is a master who creates unique yet amazing courses that challenge your previous perceptions of food combinations. The time and care that he and his wife put into serving this experience is phenomenal. We have eaten in many top Michelin restaurants and this is as good if not better than all. Highly recommend making the drive to Pa’ia to experience this delicious celebration of food, both local and international- all of the highest quality.

    A most amazing dinner, the best on the island. The entire experience, from the vibe and the music, the food, the wine pairings and the conversations with chef and his wife was perfect.
