   We have dinning experienced first time in Nusr-Et Steakhouse London for my Birthday with my family. When I booked the table via on line, I have to chose what kind of purpose and selected ‘’ Birthday ‘’. And also requested for a baby high chair. However, when we visited the time need to keep requesting for a high chair (not ready). And I believe that we can do the birthday celebration with a cake. That’s why I had ordered a special cake 3 days in advance and brought to there. However, we had not allowed to bring it in and after dining finished, we want to a coffee shop to open that cake but cake’s spoiled. So that on Birthday, I had disappointed. And the other hand, our meal steak layer is very thin. Salad and ice cream are okay. Staff are not very polite and just standing and talking each others so that often need to stand and calling them. This is our first and last visiting. Advertising is so great and attracting customers. In fact, need to improve the service and value to keep maintain for the value customers.

   We hebben in meerdere vestigingen gegeten van Nus’r et maar vond dit een van de minste ervaringen. Vlees was matig, bediening ongeïnteresseerd, ambiance was alsof je in een goedkoop steakhouse zat. Jammer! Want voor 1 portie vlees, 1 portie friet, 2 drankjes en 1 maal de baklava moesten we bijna €500,- afrekenen. Ik weet dat deze bedragen “normaal” zijn voor een bezoek aan Nus’r Et maar dan verwacht ik wel constante kwaliteit waar ook ter wereld. Minste locatie naar mijn idee dus.

   Les plats sont loin d'être excellents. Le rapport qualité prix est médiocre. Il n'y a aucun spectacle, aucune mise en valeur du restaurant. De plus, j'ai effectué une réservation que j'ai ensuite demandé d'annuler, mais je n'ai eu aucune réponse et on m'a prélevé 123€. C'est scandaleux !! Je dois payer pour quelque chose que je n'ai pas consommé. Le restaurant n'est pas plein, je n'ai pris la place de personne... Les frites étaient bonnes mais la viande, je n'ai pas su la terminer tellement c'était mauvais.

   One of the worst meals and experiences I’ve had in 50 years of fine dining and this cannot be considered fine dining on any level! The steak, mashed potatoes and creamy spinach were COLD! When seated we were asked if we’d like water and a cocktail. We requested a moment to consider a cocktail. Upon his immediate return ordered champagne and when delivered we were asked for our dinner order. We quickly ordered and the food was delivered within five minutes. No time to enjoy our champagne and obviously no time to order wine with our meal. The food was absolutely cold which can only be translated to pre-prepared and thrown forward for quick delivery to the table. Our entire evening was condensed to 45 minutes and absolutely not worth the 300 pound price tag. Zero ambiance, soul or care about the customer’s fine dining experience. Chalk it up to a bad meal but save yourself the disappointment and don’t dine here!!

   The smell in the whole restaurant is absolutely unbearable… quite shocking to be honest for a restaurant that charges exorbitant amounts of money (for dishes that do not even value this much) - imagine going in such a ‘high end’ restaurant and living the restaurant smelling like burnt meat …. Also - the meat they serve in the same chain in Turkey is way beyond superior than the one in London and much cheaper! Food is not even as good as advertised!

   Perfect evening, great service, food and drinks! Took friends who had not been before and they will certainly return.

   We took our niece and her husband who are on holiday here from Singapore. We all enjoyed the set lunch. However, it would be better if the small sea salt stacking tray has a small spoon as I am not keen on people putting their fingers in the tray unless the content is removed and thrown away after each diner.

    Great experience overall, highly recommend lunch menu very good value. Fillet steak and burger are great , super nice Bavarian lager !
