    It was our first time and it did not disappoint. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food arrived promptly. I had beef and it was amazing! The filled Yorkshire pudding was an unexpected crowd pleaser on our table! We’ve already booked a table for next week and I’ll be happy to work my way through the deserts menu!

    Lovely dining experience, excellent setting , great staff and exceptional food. The menu was enticing with a great range . The food when it arrived was beautifully presented and tasted every bit as good as it looked.

    Outstanding food as we’ve come to expect from The Townhouse. We all chose different meals and they were all cooked to perfection. Service was wonderful and it was lovely to see the restaurant full. Very reasonably priced.

    Absolutely amazing experience, with outstanding food and immaculate service. The #59 Townhouse is by far the best restaurant in Northumberland. Thank you to the lovely staff who make every visit feel special.
