    Welcome the New Year with our evening cocktail celebration high above New York City’s skyline, featuring live entertainment, curated cocktails, and culinary delights—with spectacular views from fifty floors up! Enjoy signature José Andrés Group bites including our lobster roll, beef tartare, hand-carved jamón Ibérico, and a holiday cookie cart, plus a premium open bar and sounds by DJ Danny Estrella. Take this night to new heights and reserve a private booths or large round tables with premium seating and service, offering you and your group a front-row seat to the magic of the evening.     I wished they had notified me earlier in the day to remind me of my reservation. My reservation was at 4:00pm. They text me at 3:59pm. It caused stress on our schedule because I forgot with our busy Christmas schedule.

    We showed up right on time for our reservation and we were asked to wait 10 minutes to be seated, which was fine. We were seated and it took a couple minutes for them to take our drink order, which was fine as it was noticeably busy. The drinks came out promptly and we asked to look at the food menu super quickly before ordering. We waited an hour for someone to serve us. We had to waive down someone to ask for the check. I understand that it was busy but that was absurd service.

    Great experience for the 4th time !!! They were a little more stringent about the whole hour and half table policy. I’ve normally had at least 2 hours. And the waitress was a little less attentive this time. But it is the holiday season. Otherwise excellent as usual.

    If you are looking for a one time experience of amazing views it’s worth spending the money but the food is just average and not worth the cost. We did mention about being Vegetarian and the staff still served us Lobster Roll and Salmon. It took more than an hour for the food to be served on our table.

    The maitre’d is out of her mind saving better tables for guests who don’t ever arrive. General manager and our server were excellent and accommodated us despite her protests. No one ever sat in the crap table she tried to make us take in the several hours we were there. In fact the place never filled up. Perhaps it’s a problem with the host. Fight for a good table it’s worth it, everything else was 5 stars can’t wait to return.
