   Excellent views from the rooftop. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The seating was comfortable. The noise level was a-ok. The food was presented beautifully but the flavor of my appetizer (pulled pork in corn meal cups) was a bit bland. The charcuterie board was delightful, though. I had the mojito on the happy hour menu: also bland. Perhaps a touch of Sprite and a little extra lime juice would help that? Otherwise, everything was great.

   Overall, the experience was good. When we first sat down, it took about 20 minutes for any waiter to approach us. Another server took it upon herself to attend to our table. After that, everything was great. The food was good, and the music and view spoke for themselves.

   I was really looking forward to this visit, especially since I brought guests from out of town for what was supposed to be a special outing. Unfortunately, the experience was very underwhelming and not at all what I expected. We came for the views and ambiance, but instead were seated right by the door entrance, facing an exit sign—far from the rooftop experience we anticipated. For the premium pricing, it simply wasn’t worth it. What was even more disappointing was the lack of consistency. The reservation process emphasized a strict dress code, yet the actual crowd did not reflect that standard at all. It felt like there was no dress code enforced whatsoever. Overall, I’m highly disappointed. This was not worth the time, effort, or money. I definitely would not recommend this place based on my experience.

   This is our 3rd time visiting and service is consistently slow. Hoping it gets better over time considering we stay at the Hilton for our regular beach trips. Food is small plates and empanadas are the best item on the menu. We will be back in hopes the newness wears off.

   We snapped in for lunch around 2:30. It was quite inside and a little windy outside. However, our server was marvelous. She was very attentive and the food was delicious and we had a fun time.

    This is definitely one of the best restaurants in South Florida right now. Sitting outside to enjoy the view is highly recommended. Our waitress (Kendra I believe )was very helpful and accommodated us to sit outside after it’s stopped raining. We had a charcuterie board for the 3 of us, an excellent way to entice our palette for the greatness to come. I had the Wagyu Steak, my wife had the Smash Burger and her cousin had the “Spicy Chicken pasta all Vodka”….Amazing how all we tasted was excellent! The view is breathtaking, they had excellent drinks, didn’t want any alcohol myself but the ladies told me the drinks were excellent. Overall I highly recommend Nubé Rooftop if you are foodie and enjoy great service.
