    We reserved a table outside but it was very windy so, we asked to moved closer to the bar where the wind wasn’t too bad. We waited about 3 min then I walked up to the hostess to ask again about us being moved? She said we had to wait even though we had a reservation. I believe the manager over heard and offered us another table and we decided to sit at the bar. The manager comp 2 drinks for us and made sure we were comfortable even coming back later to check on us I thought that was very classy. My only suggestion is that the ladies working at the hostess station should work on their customer service more to ensure the best guest experience. Despite the wind my date and I had a good time we even got a picture of the moon!

    Nube had a private event being held here yesterday but still allowed me to book a reservation for 3 outside at 8pm. I arrive and the place is flooded with people walking around and my table was outside in the corner, the only area without a heater. I asked if they could move a heater closer to my table and they said no. I decided before I ordered food that the energy was too hectic and it was taking too long to get service plus I was freezing so I was miserable. So we leave and then I couldn’t even succeed at that. Valet told me 10-15 minutes until I can get my car back, but it took almost 2 hours. The valet had “misplaced” multiple people’s keys and mine was one of them. I came to nube for less than 10 minutes and had to wait almost 2 hours to receive my car back and it was IMPOSSIBLE to speak to any management or higher up about it. Word for word “management is tied up” is what they kept saying. Worst dining and parking experience i’ve ever had in my life.

    I attended Nubé for the first time Sunday, i was on a first date, the staff were so sweet and allowed me to bring flowers in before the reservation which made a difference. Drinks were great, atmosphere was perfect and the view was breathtaking. Will be back in the near future

    Had tapas at this rooftop bar. Drinks were tasty and the food was good. Pricey, but you’re paying for the atmosphere and view.

    Kiki was our server. She was awesome attentive fun. Food came out extremely quick. Everything was delicious. Drinks were good great presentation and experience.!

    Very nice, but seating a little tight. Low tables force you to sit away and almost block the servers from passing by. Ask for a bar height table if dining outside. Food was good however Nube' is not accommodating for those with special dietary needs. We were told there are no available substitutions for my dining companion. She left a little hungry. Our cocktails were delicious. Make sure you visit with someone who has no diet restrictions so you don't have to go home and prepare a late night snack for them.
