   Not enough staff working, no fault of the staff but of the venue in not booking enough staff to cope with the numbers of customers. Lots queueing and we had to ask about our main course which had been sitting out. No water offered to the table or brought. All the staff perfectly nice but hotel not scheduling enough staff and leaving those there at the deep end

   Booked for group of ten for a birthday meal as the menu had a wide range of options that guaranteed some of our more fussy eaters would have something to pick from. Was a bit concerned with some of the reviews I read but really glad we stayed with this choice. Booked for 5pm and the restaurant was very quiet, were there for over 2 hours and despite it being full by the time we left, noise levels didn't seem to go up. The food was outstanding, service fantastic. Our granddaughter usually only takes a few mouthfulls of food when we go to other restaurants but cleared her plate in all three courses, cant get a better review than that! All in all a great experience; hadn't considered this as a possible venue before this booking but will definitely be back.

   Food was good, but nothing outstanding. My friends were looking forward to the chocolate souffle but were rather disappointed when both appeared to be chocolate mousse! A second drink was ordered which never arrived, we couldn't wait any longer so cancelled it and asked for the bill. It was also Belfast Restaurant Week with special menus on, but when shown to our seats, they failed to give us these menus, probably because they were better offers- I had to ask to ask for these.

   Great atmosphere the ‘couples offer with free bottle of wine is fantastic value. We had an amazing waitress called Hannah who was really attentive. Relaxed atmosphere great service and no feeling of being rushed. Close parking at front of Harbour Commissioners and short walk over to hotel. What is not to like ! Perfect night out at a reasonable price £30pp.

   We throughly enjoyed our time at novellis tonight it was absolutely amazing and wait staff were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and will recommend.

   Food was disappointing, not the quality I would expect service was slow and poor.had to complain about different aspects of the meal. We Will not go back.

   Unfortunately not what we expected at all. We ordered cocktails and the waitress came back to say they hadn’t got the ingredients and couldn’t do them, we picked other ones and were told it would be 15 minutes before we could get them. When ordering food we were told they had ran out of hassleback potatoes (but they seemed to be able to serve baby boiled). Food was ok when it arrived. A waitress did have an accident and smashed a glass beer bottle on the floor beside us. Then when we got the bill we found we had been overcharged by £35. The food was already overpriced for what it was so that was quite astonishing. Overall a disappointing experience. Others around us had equally bad, table beside us sent food back etc . First and last time here. Unfortunately there is too much competition to be sub standard.

    Seven of us went for my sisters birthday on thursday and what can I say staff could not have done enough for you the restaurant looked busy but this was nothing to staff they kept checking on us and made sure service was perfect. My partner had the chicken and it was the best I've ever tasted it was cooked perfectly. I ordered the burger and it was beautiful again cooked perfectly. I found it to be a little on the pricey side but well worth it for a treat. The kitchen even sent out a birthday desert plate for my sister which made her night. I want to thank kitchen staff and restaurant staff for all there hard work and for making it an enjoyable experience for us. As a manager myself in a well known hotel in Ballymena i recognise the hard work put into service. My only complaint was your Guiness it wasnt a great pint and had to be returned (maybe just the glass) Management should be extremely proud of there staff and acknowledge the hard work and efforts put into service from staff. We will definitely be back again in the near future. Thank you for a perfect evening.
