   It feels like the aim is to be trendy not really flavorful. The Floating Garlic Noodles left much to be desired as it was bland and not even salt, Tabasco, or lemon could fix it. Their restaurant was beautifully decorated and the drinks were delicious. Their element dumplings were good, as well as the bao. In the end I believe the drinks and appetizers are worth the experience.

   My parents had a wonderful time at Nova. The service was great and the humongous menu allowed them to order many different dishes. Each dish was delicious to them.

   Great experience was had. Great service by our server Jimmy. Recommended good food and for the kids as well. Definitely enjoyed our Valentine’s Day.

   I've had this restaurant bookmarked for a while & waited for an occasion to take my family as we're not locally from the area. It was my husband's birthday & made reservations. It was seamless as I did it thru OpenTable. I genuinely dislike that I am giving a review like this but I find a lot of value in them so here's my experience. Not starting off strong: 0 stars - I called their restaurant during the weekday around 1PM which is non dining operational hours. I left a VMM inquiring about their omakase special. Unfortunately never received a call back. (I should've canceled my RSVP but I kept it - as a business, you want to excel in customer service) 0 stars - tapas style, FOOD is nothing to write home about especially for the price point for fine dining? Here's what we ordered: Wonton Corn Dip - unsure if this dish is intended to be cold but it was, wonton chips were stale Fried Calamari - cold, soggy no crunch Tofu & Vegetables - cold, soggy no crunch, bland Yellowtail Jalapeño - I understand it's tapas but this was literally a tap of food Wagyu Ribeye- tender but that was it & bland My family & I agreed, most of their dishes must've sat out or leftovers from their HH rotation. Nothing was hot or warm.. 3 stars - ambiance & decor reminded me of the Cosmopolitan in LV. The vibe was more of a club vs restaurant IMPO.. very dim 5 stars - our waitress, Nicole provided great service & attentive Overall I was hoping for a delicious experience but left very underwhelmed & don't find myself returning.

   Dined here on back to back nights in Anaheim. Delicious food, very friendly staff and good service for the most part. One colleague had to wait over 25 mins to get his vegan tofu bowl that seemed to have been forgotten twice over.

   Sushi was good. So we’re the edamame and the Brussels sprouts. Chow mein looked delicious and the shaking beef was good. The drinks were the best part. There was one private party that was loud, singing karaoke, and there was feedback from their speakers that was annoying.

   Had a party of 11. Waiter was super nice but spread way too thin. They definitely could stand some training. We ordered quite a bit of food, and 3 or 4 bottles of wine. They only brought out 2 wine glasses, we had to ask for more which took a while. We ordered a couple tomahawks sliced up for the table. We asked for some clean plates and knives. They just put a stack on the table and didn’t take away the old dishes and empties. We were easily the biggest party in our dining area and the poor waiter had to deal with us and a bunch of other tables so I don’t blame him. But the management needs to work on the customer experience. Food and cocktails were good, no complaints with the quality. But it came to us out of order. I’d probably go back but probably not book another large business meal there.

    I really love the decor. The food was amazing. The staff was professional. The items came out on time. It reminded me of a restaurant in West LA or Beverly Hills, but with reasonable pricing.
