   We were seated. The waiter came over and took our order. The food came out fairly quickly. But after the food came out our waiter was MIA. I spilled my Diet Coke by accident and another server came over quickly to clean it up. But he never replaced my drink. I had to wait for him to walk by again and ask him for another soda. My son was drinking water and asked for a straw twice. The second time the waiter did get the straw right away, but brought 3 tiny cocktail straws. I have no idea why he brought 3 or why he brought cocktail straws for someone drinking water. My son walked up to the bar himself and asked for a straw. The food was good. After we finished eating we did not see our waiter again. I wanted to pay the check and leave. So I finally walked up to the bar and asked if I could pay my check there. The bartender apologized and let me pay my check. We were not asked if we wanted refills on our sodas because are waiter never came back to our table.

   We had a group of eight I had booked patio, but it was freezing out and they did accommodate us to be inside. The staff is amazing and we had a great time.

   Again, we hold a monthly meeting at North High and the staff is always exceptional at ensuring our satisfaction. They make sure we have a space and check in often servicing our needs. We usually only have drinks but occasionally food, which is also always great. They don't treat us any different if only a few drinks or full meals - always great. A great place for family, friends and business. A-one in my book.

   Food and service were incredibly bad. Food was awful and the service was just as bad.

   Unfortunately North High continues to go downhill. Third time in a row part of the order was served incorrectly. Then pretzels served room temperature. Long time for bar food. Love the patio and tv but so hard to see how the service has gone downhill. Will switch to another patio at this point. So disappointed.

   Whenever been going to this location when it was the Brazenhead and now North High. When North High opened we loved the quick service and the well trained staff and hot, good food. Now that the ownership has changed and Co-Hatch has assumed more of a role in ownership the staff is not as well trained, the service is lacking and the orders are often inaccurate. The last time my husband’s food did not arrive at all with mine and they said they had to redo his order. Tonight both of our drink orders weee delayed and not accurate and served after our appetizer. Two other tables around sis also either sent back drinks or food because it was inaccurate. It is very disappointing to see this demise of food service. We love this patio but improvement is needed or we will as others will go elsewhere in time.

   Great food and beers! Took my fiancé and parents! We all enjoyed the food and atmosphere! Would go back again!

    They didn’t bring out all of our food. They didn’t do anything special when I specifically wrote it was for a birthday celebration. I think the food was ok. Just wasn’t the best experience. Probably will not visit again.
