   All the food was top notch - quality, presentation, etc. Service was mediocre for this calibre of restaurant (slow service on drinks, forgot sides). Overall a favorable experience.

   Asher and Mathew took such great care of us. The service was beyond anything I expect even at the finest of restaurants. Asher clearly has a love for the restaurant, Norman’s legacy, and the culinary field in general. Matthew was also very attentive, knowledgeable, and made some great recommendations. They were a wonderful team along with the rest of the staff. The food and drinks, as to be expected, were immaculate.

   Johnny is a top notch server. He was very accommodating and took the time to explain everything. The food was excellent. We had the octopus as an appetizer and it was so tender and delicious. I had the scallops as my main and it was amazing

    Normans is a very romantic, dimly lit, contemporary and quiet restaurant. The offerings are Latin, caribbean, European fusion. My party ordered Lamb Chops, Grouper, foie grass French toast and oysters. Keep in mind the menu changes to reflect seaonally fresh produce. Oysters were delicious. Foie gras French toast was not a hit as the sauce overwhelmed the flavor of the dish. The grouper was cooked perfectly but lack seasoning as it was paired with 2 sauces. The original grouper offering during summer had better flavor in our opinion. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly as well. Decent flavor. Loved the ambience, loved the service and loved our waiter.
