With simple ingredients and bold flavors, Normandie has created a name for itself within the Central Eastside’s lauded food scene. Normandie is a neighborhood bistro that combines French inspiration with the bounties of the Pacific Northwest. Expect a flavor-forward food menu with global ingredients, Pacific Northwest oysters, as well as an inventive cocktail program. Normandie is great spot for date night and happy hour diners alike.     Fantastic meal! We had the pate, gnocchi, burger, beignets, and deviled eggs. Everything was delicious. Service was attentive and the environment quiet and relaxing.

    This was our first visit to Normandie and we were quite pleased. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching all the action. The menu focused on small plates; we tried 7 dishes and all were well made, seasoned to our liking, served hot, and with little delay. We will go back soon.
