Norikase is Jacksonville’s NEWEST modern Japanese restaurant, conveniently located next to Tinseltown movie theater off Southside. Whether you are looking for a place to unwind, a business gathering, or planning a date night, it offers an upscale dining room with an ambiance of sleek sophistication and contemporary decor. Our ingredients are sourced from Japan, ensuring the freshest and highest quality fish. It is also a great place to grab a craft cocktail at the newly renovated bar! Since we are in the soft opening phase, reservations are recommended to provide the best hospitality.

Norikase is also the FIRST IN JAX restaurant to offer an omakase experience, where skilled chefs curate a 15-17 course menu directly in front of you. A chef-to-guest intimate experience in a speakeasy setting. The concept of omakase, meaning "I leave it up to you," promises a one-of-a-kind dining adventure.     I think the only reason to come back is for the Omakase experience. After that any normal sushi place will be just as good to me and better on the price

    One of my favorite restaurants in Jacksonville! We love it for date nights and get togethers with friends. Our last experience, we got to sit at the counter where you can watch them make sushi. Beautiful service and amazing knowledge of each dish and drink. You won’t regret it!

    Wow! A hidden sushi jem with a speakeasy vibe. I've been looking for a good sushi spot in the area since we bought our house three years ago. Nothing but disappointment until tonight. The service was outstanding (shout out to Michael) and the food was super-creative and delicious. We had the garlic butter edamame, surf+turf roll and the popping tuna plate. Chai tiramisu for dessert. Everything was perfect. It's our new spot!

    Food and ambiance was awesome but man did the service suck. By suck i mean very slow. If you want to be the hot spot in town then service should reflect that as well. We were at the bar and had drinks and dinner. For the price of food and alcohol service should be way better. It wasn’t even crazy busy. Other than that everything else was great.
