In 2014 Kate Williams launched nodo (pronounced “no-dough”) to spread happiness through beautiful baked goods that combine artisan methods and naturally gluten free ingredients.

At nodo, we are renowned for our gluten free, ‘baked not fried’ donuts. In recent years we have grown into an institution amongst people with the very same healthy obsession for wholesome food. A beautiful like-minded community.

Excellent service and appreciate pure GF dining. The menu is fresh and full of options and the atmosphere is relaxed while service is attentive.

As a group of mature aged women in our 60s and 70s, I booked an inside table to benefit from air conditioning in Brisbane's current heatwave conditions. However, on arrival, our group was seated outside as preparations had not been made for an inside table, and it was too difficult for staff to manage. Service was ok but not brilliant. Food tasted good, but small portions for the price. I doubt we will return.

Waitress missed one order. Orders were slow and restaurant was not busy at the time. Didn't particularly enjoy my meal.

Really friendly Cafe specialising in gluten free food but everything I've tried is very tasty and can be enjoyed by everyone. Delicious doughnuts
