   Mooie zaak, vriendelijk personeel, eten was lekker maar erg prijzig voor wat je kreeg. De smaken waren niet bijzonder. Deserts waren wel bijzonder smakelijk.

   Our first time being in London and we had been to NOBU in New York City and to try NOBU in London. Spectacular is the one word to describe NOBU London. We were delighted to be at the restaurant during the 30th Anniversary of NOBU. We had the special tasting menu for the celebration week. Superb. KEN L.

   All great, wine by the glass dubious. Smallest 125ml glass I’ve ever seen around the world. With the food prices you’d expect they’d err on generous side. Spoke to the Manager, denied it saying they were large glasses.

   I had the tasting menu. When booked, I actually chose an experience but the menu for that was okay so we changed our minds. It was a 7 course menu and some of the dishes suited my palate much more than others. Quality of fish was very high but I expected more from a name like Nobu. Perhaps I should have gone fully A La Carte and chosen things that were more to my liking. If I ever visit again, I'll go for that. Have eaten at Nobu Dubai and the Japanese tacos I remember, were amazing.

    My group took a once-in-a-blue-moon opportunity to visit Nobu, which was on my bucket list, and we had the summer menu along with a secret menu item recommended by the waiter. The food was some of the best I've had, and I had a hard time deciding if the secret menu item or the main course was better. Though on the loud side, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was great, and I couldn't fault the friendliness of the staff. The only downside I can think of was not being asked if I wanted another drink, but it's a minor point.
