Do not go here with a typical expectation of being able to take your time like you would at any other Nobu location in the world. They will not allow you to order ANYTHING including drinks even, past 10:00PM despite not closing until 11:30PM on a Saturday night in Las Vegas. There is no mention of this anywhere, so this was by far not even remotely close to a typical legit Nobu experience. Typically, you order a course or two, have those, order some more, have those, order some more, while having different drinks along the way. Nope, not here! If you don’t get it all put in my 10:00PM, you can’t get anything. That forces you into ordering everything at once, have an overly crowded table, and just feel like you’re being rushed vs taking your time and enjoying your $1,000 dinner. Our server had zero personality and it was very evident that he had no interest in being there from the very beginning. I have been to a lot of Nobu locations all over multiple times, and this was by far the worst experience. The food was phenomenal as always, but that is about where it ended. You come to Nobu for the food and the experience, and the only experience we got was one of being rushed and like we were a bother. Perhaps put a note on here that says no orders past 10PM despite it being a full hour and a half before closing. I’ve never heard of such a thing anywhere, but we won’t go back to this location.

Pear was amazing host. The bus boys and the entire crew absolutely great to work with. Only thing, sitting area for a nice fancy dinner would have been nice to be away from cutlery and glasses, not right near to a fire extinguisher

A top notch Las Vegas dining experience worthy of the cost. Great service from Naomi and staff and fun watching the kitchen staff preparing the food. It’s a beautifully designed kitchen too. We shared a number of the signature dishes and none were a disappointment. Started off with the Lychee Elderflower Cocktail and a Japanese Plum (umeshi) Wine Highball. The highball is on the secret menu and is my favorite Japanese cocktail. All of the following are Five Star dishes - mushroom soup, unagi with cucumber, roasted eggplant with miso, and black cod miso. The squid pasta and vegetable tempura were also fresh and tasty. Nobu should bottle the miso glaze that was used on some of the dishes. It’s hard to imagine but we did have room for dessert and ordered the Bento Box for dessert. It had a well prepared flourless chocolate lava cake with green tea ice cream that was made with ceremonial grade Japanese green tea. Amazing taste. If you are in the mood to try Japanese food with a modern twist - go to Nobu’s at least once.

Food was really good but we were rushed out of the restaurant at 9:30-9:45p on a Friday night. Our server was not attentive and seemed done for the night when we sat down for our 9pm reservation

Service was awful. Had to wait 30 mins even with a reservation. Once sat, it was 15 minute before anyone came to speak to us, and then another 10 for them to figure out who our waiter should be. Then, 15 more minutes to get utensils, and place a drink order. Once food brought out, no explanation and they literally threw it on the table and ran away. Will not be going back despite food being quite good

Really expansive sushis. Service really fast for that type of restaurant.
