Chef Nobu Matsuhisa brings his world-renowned Japanese cuisine to the Paris Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. This inspired fine dining experience provides the ideal intimate setting to enjoy signatures like Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Black Cod Miso alongside finely crafted signature cocktails, including guest favorites like the Lychee Martini and Nobu side car.

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.

The food was absolutely delicious and fresh and our server was very nice and answered all our questions and made some recommendations for us and the complimentary sake and birthday desert was a nice touch

The food is outstanding!!!! Don't be afraid to try something new. Our waitress was very helpful with suggestions. All of the staff did and awesome job and very attentive.

Good quality was just mediocre and for the price point it was very disappointing. The omakase felt lazy and was unimpressive. I wouldn’t waste your money here unless you’re going just to flex by overspending on mediocre food.

Not a “real” Nobu. This is more like a “pop up” Nobu. We sat at the sushi bar and stylistically the chef was well trained and looked of the ilk of other Nobu restaurants we’ve visited (London, New York, even The Bahamas), but the food execution of Nobu menu staples at this outlet was different than the predictable, delicious, precise execution of other Nobu’s around the globe. Most items were too heavily drenched in over-sweet glazes, for example the crispy rice balls came out already pre-assembled without the dip-at-will soy/ponzu sauce on the side but rather with a thick and heavy-handed glaze covering the pre-assembled balls thus making them far from crispy (anyone else love the stick-to-your tooth crispy rice element of this dish? Not available at this location.). The server was gracious but not readily available. If you’re a Nobu fan and/or want the traditional Nobu experience, go to Cesar’s.

Food is always excellent. I came to this location twice this week. I had different experiences where the first time I sat at the bar and everything was great and for the second time I reserved a table and it seemed like the restaurant was strained from a service perspective. It took a while I think around 15 or 20 minutes just to get green tea. I had noted a birthday and they didn’t do anything until I reminded again at the end to please bring a candle. for the price you pay they can do better.
