   Excellent and thoughtful meal which we loved. Nice people. Down points were pre first course sharing plate brought with the first course and avery long gap between courses , also an expensive wine list. The bill was hopelessly wromg, aboout £120 in my favour which nobody had spotted. I hope it was just me. I paid the adjusted bill.

   We went on a Saturday evening and it had a great atmosphere. The restaurant was buzzing and full of people eating great looking food. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the experience including the food, drinks and friendly staff.

   No 23 has established itself as a place to go that serves high quality food in very nice surroundings - it is tastefully furnished and the food is always excellent. The staff were very attentive despite it being busy when we visited - Saturday lunchtime - and the food arrived in a timely manner. Great place to relax, enjoy some good drinks and fantastic food. Its not cheap but certainly is good value - the quality of the food is first rate and the quantity ideal - our plates were cleaned but we didn't leave hungry! Enjoy Uppingham and definitely worth a visit to No 23.

   Went there for the first time with my wife, Brother & Sister in-law. We all thought that the food was amazing, the staff were really attentive and the atmosphere was relaxed. Prices were in line with most other places we've been to and for the quality of the food we thought it was definitely worth every penny.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our lunchtime experience at No23. Food was excellent and as were the staff, we were recommended to try the £5 special. We had already decided on our mains - so opted to have this as a shared starter. It did not disappoint.
