NiMo is a Coastal Mediterranean concept by Feal Hospitality, owned by dynamic duo Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar. The menu, itself, is a depiction of the bond formed by the partners over the years. It is the story of Mo, who grew up in the Mediterranean between Syria and Spain, told through the cuisine of his business partner, Chef Niven Patel. The menu is a culinary journey across the Mediterranean which includes dishes inspired by Syrian, Greek, and Spanish cuisine. Italy takes center stage with various pastas and wood fired pizza, a nod to Chef Niven’s time in Florence. As is true for all Feal Hospitality restaurants, fresh ingredients come first and local purveyors are showcased, including our own farm, Rancho Patel. NiMo is a casual yet elevated restaurant with pops of colors that add to the fun and excitement of the branding. The dining room features an open kitchen and is anchored by a 360 bar which opens to the exterior covered patio.

We liked the energy and ambiance. The appetizer list is nice. Dinner menu is small but well rounded. Portion sizes are moderate, but good for my group. Service was very attentive.

The restaurant was empty with a limited menu. Service good. Food ok. Very pretty. But you can’t eat ambience.

The food was amazing! Hidden gem. Would highly recommend. They seem to have happy hour specials as well. The outside patio is beautiful.

Service is excellent and our server Gordon is a gem. He took the time to explain the menu, how the items are prepared, and was extremely attentive. I tried 3 different entrees and felt they were average. The speciality cocktails are syrup/ mixer heavy….not bad but could be improved. The ambiance is lovely and the restaurant did a fine job of decorating.

I would return for food and indoor dining room to get away from crowds. One of the few places that makes a proper Bramble. Service was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient.

Everything we tried was delicious. Shared three small plates and two large. Enjoyed the hummus, Caesar with falafel croutons and lamb appetizer as well as perri perri chicken kebabs and lamb chops entree. Service was professional and attentive. Outdoor decor was attractive and made you forget about the location in a strip mall.
