   This is a very highly rated restaurant in Weston, so we thought we’d give it a try. We went at 7:15 and sat at the bar. The music is deafening. We tried to sit at a table but couldn’t hear anything so we sat next to each other at the bar which was a little better. We ordered 2 martinis, the glasses were just over a touch more than half full and not made the way we asked for them. The food is an eclectic mix. We had a sushi roll. Tuna / avacado. It was Ok, then we had the pasta figuring that would be safe. It’s fine. Rigatoni in ALOT of sauce. Also go the Cesar salad which was more cheese and Cesar dressing. It was soaked in cheese and dressing. Not sure what people Like about this place, but maybe it’s good for Weston ?

   I have made an advance reservation on a weekday because it was our wedding anniversary, and I stated that in the reservation asking to reserve a booth or a nice table not in the middle of high traffic area. When we arrived, there was no reservation at all. The hostess said the Wi-Fi was down. (What, always??) She offered us a table in the very back of the second room by the bathroom and serving station. The place had no ambience at all, it looks more like a sports bar than a restaurant: floors paved with asphalt looking substance; poor lighting; extremely noisy. The hostess was unfriendly and unaccommodating. When i explained that we made a reservation for our anniversary and would like a better table, she didn't even offer to wait for it, just shrugged her shoulders meaning: 'it is what it is'. We left and had a very nice dining experience in Puerto Pacifico across the street. We won't be back at Negroni ever again.

   Food is outstanding at the entree level. Branzino, penne pasta was top shelf perfection. Apps meh. Craft drink options was incredible. I’ll go back a bunch more times.

   Great food. Place is a bit loud like a bar. Great for a fun night out. Not ideal for a quiet dinner.

   Good food, reasonably priced for the quality. Great drinks. Their Old Fashioned with a chocolate twist is awesome. Will definitely be back.

   The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. The ambiance was both beautiful and inviting, making it a perfect choice for lunch. Their lunch specials are well worth trying—don’t make the mistake of passing them up.

   I had a Mussels Pappadale and the mussels were small and there was not even a dozen mussels. The pasta was very good. The short rib risotto was very good in taste and quantity. Glad we were not in a hurry as the service was slow even though the restaurant was not crowded until we were ready to leave. The Basque Cheesecake was excellent. I would return here.

   Celebrating the 31st at Negroni Weston was an extraordinary experience. The food was exquisite , the servicie impeccable, and the ambiance perfectly set the mood for the evening. The music added a vibrant touch, making the night unforgettable! Highly recommended!

    This was my first time at the Weston location. I have previously dined at the Midtown location and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case for the Weston location. It took about 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a waiter. We did not even have a water at the table. For an appetizer, I had the crab crispy rice, which was very good, for my entrée I had the crab ravioli with shrimp and that was OK, to me it did not have much flavor . My boyfriend had a cheeseburger which he said was decent but not much flavor as well and I had the Negroni Sbagliato, which was my first time and i was not a fan, it was too bitter for my liking.
