   We made a reservation for NYE celebration, the experience was poor. Our reservation of 6 was for 10:30pm, but we were inform the kitchen closed at 11pm. It was a disappointment. No drinks or anything else was available for us. One of us didn't receive a "limonada" and when explaining this to the server, he couldn't make the bar tender to give it to us as they were cleaning the bar. The guy apologize and informed us it was going to cancel it from the Chek. Lights were so low we needed to use the phones to be able to check the menu. The ambient was not existing. The waitress was very kind and sweet boy, but the overall experience was definitely not what we were expecting. We didn't feel wanted or expected there, rushed and not happy for the day.

   First time at Native Tongues while visiting Calgary. We’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food inside and outside Mexico and wow is this place good! The Papas Norteñas which is delicious but extremely filling. I recommend sharing a bunch of dishes family style your group to try a bit of everything. We would definitely return.

   Great food. Great service. We came here for my daughter’s 13th bday and she loved it. We will be back.

   Great deals and tasty tacos and drinks on a Tuesday. Expect it to be very busy though and service will be slower as a result.

    Sitting by the bar, gives you the greatest experiences. 1. you get to watch all the interesting drinks being made 2. you have the perfect birds eye view of the food being made. 3. you get to watch how smoothly or troublesome the staff work together. Happy servers make for a wonderful energy and Native Tongues Taqueri has exactly that ! Thanks for making our night out fabulous !
