Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 24-48 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.
Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar.
We are looking forward to welcoming you with some Sardinian hospitality.

    We really enjoy the restaurant, however we were rushed out, rather than be asked if we wanted desserts, the waitress said, so your not ordering desserts...... I will get your bill, she brought the bill & made an assumption about how we were splitting thr bill & paying. We have been before & had a wonderful experience, tonight made us feel uncomfortable

    Very nice place. Always busy. Been twice in the space of a week. Like the fact children can order from the adult menu but can just have the one slice, making it more affordable than some places. Really good atmosphere.

    Best pizzas anywhere, fabulous toppings, delicious dough. Excellent service and lovely atmosphere. Can't fault it tbh, obviously highly recommend.

    The staff is really nice and helpful and what a lovely atmosphere in this place! Food was amazing! We enjoyed every single bite and will definitely come back!

    As always a wonderful meal with attentive and friendly service, I took a friend for their first time and they are now a Nasprias convert! Particularly happy that there were four vegetarian choices so we could have some nice variety.

    Very buzzy, lively place. We had a lovely family meal, all freshly cooked and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole experience was very pleasant and jolly. We all had a lovely time, with an age range from 6-68!! Well worth a visit!!
