   Second time we have been there. Asked for some adjustments on the foodand it came out perfect. Matt our server was phenomenal. Extremely accommodating to all of our requests. Will be back on a regular basis. The only negative thing I can say is the tables for two were very small so if you order appetizers and salads at the same time table got very very crowded. But that’s something I definitely can live with.

   This was an excellent all round experience, with outstanding pizza and even BETTER service. There were six in our party and everything was smooth and efficient!

   I made a reservation for Valentine’s Day after I’ve had friends recommend visiting so initially we were very excited! I do want to preface, our server was amazing and very attentive, the pizza we tried was delicious and the girls at the hostess stand were very sweet! Where my problem lies is with the manager who was on duty on 2/14 and the restaurant’s attempt to convert their patio to additional seating. They had a vinyl tent set up but had inadequate heating for the space and a lack of insulation, there were 3 tables (ours included) who were freezing and raised concerns — it was a 30 degree night and none of us could really take off our coats due to the draft that was coming in and lack of heat. More than likely if we had known we would be seated on their sad attempt of a converted outdoor space, I would’ve booked a reservation elsewhere. With the young man who appeared to be a FOH manager/supervisor, I was absolutely disgusted with how he treated his employees. Several times in front of customers, he could be heard talking to his employees in a demeaning tone. I also watched him force the employees to seat a group of six at a table that is clearly only meant to fit 4. It clearly looked like he was only concerned with seating as many people as possible with no thought or care about the guest experience. He clearly didn’t care if people were too cramped, too cold, etc. I understand that Valentine’s Day is a major holiday for the food service industry but for some people these dinners are special and with the setting I experienced last night it was anything but that. Again, my waitstaff were amazing, the hostesses were amazing, and the food was amazing but Napoli Bros really needs to do better when it comes to their management and the experience that their wanting to create for their guests.

   We had an amazing Valentines dinner. The food was amazing, and the old fashioned was top notch. Great place.

    My wife has some food sensitivities and Napoli’s never disappoints. Their cauliflower crust is outstanding. You would never guess it’s a gluten free option. They also have dairy free cheese which is also a food sensitivity for my wife, but you’d never know the difference. Adam and Tim are the absolute best managers and make sure you ask for Brayden to wait on you. Justin makes a killer drink and everyone there always makes sure you are well taken care of. We go there at least once every couple weeks and thoroughly enjoy it every time.
