   We celebrated my friend's birthday here and the food and service was great. Our waiter, Grant, made sure that we had a lovely time. Would definitely come again!

   We will definitely be coming back to Napa. The food was great. But most of all, our waiter, Alice, made our experience wonderful. She was awesome!

   Food was just ok. Ordered fish that was very over cooked. Expensive meal for not having great food. Service was great and place looked really nice

   We went during brunch time and it was not busy. Our server was very standoff-ish, and was giving off a vibe like they didn't want to serve us. I had to ask him if he was having a good day because his mood was off. There were three parties total in the restaurant it took over 40 minutes to get our food, which was still breakfast type food. Our food didn't arrive hot, the chicken from our chicken and waffle dish was unseasoned and bland the waffles were overcooked, the breakfast potatoes were overcooked and dry. This was our first time eating here and I do not plan to return. The experience and food did not meet our expectations. We frequent Epic and Spice pretty often as we reside only minutes away from Kingsley, unfortunately, Napa will not be an establishment that we frequent.

   Menu choices - food and drink - were very good, and food was well cooked and tasty. The first course (squash bisque) came out fast and was excellent. The 2nd course (Turkey with trimmings) came after a medium-to-long wait - it seemed every table around us got their food sooner, even one that came in After we did. When we got this course, the food was lukewarm - as if it had been sitting around too long after cooking. We decided to go ahead and eat it as we were sufficiently hungry by then and didn't want to face another delay before eating; the food did taste good although warmer would have been better. As our stomachs were adequately full, we decided to have our 3rd course boxed for eating later at home; the Waiter did that promptly and food packaging was very good. Regarding food not being hot enough, we were hesitant to penalize the waiter (Hunter), so did not reduce his tip - we tipped 20%. Just before we left, the temperature in our corner of the restaurant became cooler - almost to the point of being uncomfortable. That was undoubtedly related to outside temp. which was quickly dropping lower whereas fewer people were still inside as crowd size was past the peak.

   Sadly our Thanksgiving dinner here did not live up to previous experiences at Napa. I had to ask for a drink refill every single time, our main courses took over an hour and not a single server or manager thought to ask if we wanted anything while waiting, it wasn’t decorated for any kind of holiday inside and overall just felt like a really big rip off. I ordered a steak medium well and it came out, medium rare and given it taken over an hour to get our food I didn’t even want to send it back nor did the server stop by to make sure everything was OK anyways. Of everything we had from salad to soups to appetizers, main entrée and dessert was all lackluster, and the only thing that was served hot were the fingerling potatoes. Otherwise, my soup, my steak, the green beans were all freezing and dessert tasted like it had been sitting in the freezer for months. Really wish I could get a full refund on my $200 waste of money.  Was really trying to just be grateful for people working on a holiday but at the end of the day, I spent my hard earned money on a really poor experience and dinner.

   Our original table was in the porch area out the back. This area was way too noisy for an intimate conversation. We requested an alternate table and they graciously accommodated our request. The food was exceptional with everything prepared perfectly. The deserts were delightful, just a little small in size. But the overall experience was perfect and we will go back to Napa at Kingsley.

   We had a lovely traditional Thanksgiving meal here. It was our first time visiting this restaurant and immediately loved the charm of the Kingsley shopping area the restaurant is located in. Parking was easy and close by. We were sat at our table with minimal wait time. Our server, Victoria?, was lovely and attentive. We had several options on the menu for Appetizer, Main Meal, and Dessert. The butternut squash bisque was amazing (my daughter stole mine). We all chose the traditional Turkey meal. Turkey was cooked perfectly and moist, brussel sprouts were seasoned perfectly and so yummy, mashed potatoes were good. The stuffing was a bit boring and very 'bready' (would've loved to see to cooked celery or other with the stuffing to liven its texture and flavors). Pumpkin pie, apple struesel cheesecake, and bread pudding were loved by all. Wonderful atmosphere and design to this restaurant as well. Plan to come back with the husband for 'date night' soon.

    George did an excellent job of taking care of our table during thanksgiving. Service was excellent and the food was good. Not as tasty as a home cooked thanksgiving meal but I would dine at Napa again for a holiday meal. It was a very pleasant dining experience overall.
