    We had a 645 reservation. Was not seated until 710. Sat for 15 minutes until someone came to take our drink order. Waited 20 minutes for drinks to arrive waited almost an hour for our appetizer to arrive and our main course was not served for another 45 minutes. There was clearly not enough help but what was more disappointing was that a manager never came over to apologize for the long wait.

    Food, service, venue appearance all good. We were there on a busy night. Had a hard time hearing each other. Partly due to large groups who were load, almost obnoxiously so.

    Chicken was raw, sent back. Ravioli dish was 4 pieces of ravioli. Never seen anything like that in a restaurant.

    Alice our server was wonderful but this was our worst experience yet at Napa. Our food took 2 hours to come out and the manager only offered a comp dessert. Our meals should have been comped. We almost walked out. Not Alice’s fault, she was great.

    Portions were very small. Food arrived cold on a busy Saturday night, but management quickly provided take-home portions. Waitress was excellent . Very busy area with lots of energy. Location would be difficult to access during weekday with traffic back-ups on highway 160 common.
