Mal servicio, realice una reservación para 4 personas para el viernes a las 9:15 pm, me llego una notificación de que mi reservación se habia efectuado de manera correcta, incluso el viernes por la tarde (5:41 pm) me llamo una chica (del tel.9988842004) para confirmar la reservación, la cual confirmé. Llegúe unos minutos antes de las 9 para confirmar mi reserva pues observe que habia mucha gente, pero al llegar me dijeron que mi reservación no existia y que la chica que me llamo hizo mal al agendar una reservación para solo 4 personas. Ellas no me solucionaron nada y no se respomsabilizaron por el gran inconveniente que me ocasionaron.

Really enjoyed the experience the atmosphere and the food were great the number of birthdays and anniversary celebrated were impressive and the area for children to enjoy relieving the stress of parents in the restaurant atmosphere while still able to watch children on video monitor

Nuestra experiencia fue agradable, el precio es accesible, los alimentos tienen buen sabor, solo un comentario sobre el pan de ajo, el pan es una barra francesa y le untan mantequilla con ajo, no es un pan horneado de ajo. Pero en general los alimentos son buenos! Si, volveremos a visitarlos.

Quise llevar a mi hijo de 2 años al pampas kids y me dijeron que no podia estar que solamemte una estaba trabajando y no podia estar eso no me grado y cuando entre estaba el mal olor a sudor y los baños de hombres apestaba

Desde la llegada nos asignaron la mesa , las bebidas llegaron a tiempo, los cortes excelentes chicharrón de Rib eye mi favorito, exelente la barra de ensaladas

La recepción no fue amable, la recepcionista parecía molesta y de mala gana me comentó mi asignación de mesa, una chica de las que cuidan niños en el área infantil igualmente muy de malas y simplemente me dijo que no podía dejar a mis hijos porque uno de ellos es pequeño, le dije que yo me hacía responsable debido a que él ya sabe jugar bien con niños y estaría con su hermana mayorcita, pero simplemente me dijo: no puede dejarlo y punto, eso me parece pésimo y simplemente porque íbamos con visitas a un festejo, por eso no me fuí, pero definitivamente no lo recomiendo para acudir con niños, hay muchas mejores opciones.

Es un lugar muy agradable. En ésta ocasión los cortes de carne los sentí un poco tibios, algunos fríos incluso, en comparación con otros días en que siempre la carne está humeante y muy bien cocida. Y en el baño uno de los dispensadores de jabón estaba vacío. Fuera de ahí todo excelente. Gracias.
