   Restaurant was not busy but service was very slow and waitress was not well trained.

   Had reservations for my birthday dinner, got seated right away (they weren't too busy) they took our drink orders and about 10-15 min later (we had time to go grab cards play half a game of go fish and look amd food menus) before the waitress came back and said they were out of pop glasses (so they couldn't give us water, pop or anything) my dad had ordered a coffee, I asked if that could come out now, it never did. Then we order dinner, and more time goes by before telling us they were out of ribs. We ended up leaving and going to Montanas (where we had a much better experience) this was absolutely horrible. It's one thing to run out of food (understandable and I get it happens some times) but to have 0 clean dishes, the lack of communication between staff, and customers. We waited half an hour at least at the table and recieved nothing.

   Had the Chilli Ribeye last night. Meat quality seems to be going downhill. Last 3 times dining there I have not been real impressed. Ribeye should never have gristle in it in a restaurant. Definitely not worth $41.

   My mom's steak was over cooked and they forgot her vegetables. As they were replacing her steak, I noticed mine was over cooked and chewy. Took so long to have hers replaced I didn't bother about mine. Was not offered another drink or refills. Everything was so slow. We had to stop other servers for service. Pretty disappointed for my birthday dinner.

   Service was fantastic. Burger and garlic Parmesan fries were good. The peppercorn pasta however lacked flavour, was expecting to taste peppercorns but only got a slight taste afterwards. Definitely not worth the 28 dollars plus they charged extra for garlic toast.

   Customer service was excellent. The young man that seated us was lovely and our server Wayne was outstanding. Restaurant was quite busy as it was a Friday night but Drinks came quick and were refilled before we could ask. Food was hot and delicious. It was overall great and we will be back again soon. Thank you Wayne for the exceptional Service

   Good evening out, our server Wayne was excellent, our meals were very tasty. My friend’s steak was had some gristle and they replaced it immediately. Good experience though overall, would definitely go back.

    We went to celebrate our anniversary and once we entered we were sitted in the bar area which was okay no issues. The hostess did not even have any conversation with us just pointed to our table and we went that way. Once our waitress came around once again no conversation just asked if we were ready to order, once our drinks arrived we placed our food order and no acknowledgement of us until the food came. Once the food arrived once again no acknowledgement we had to waive her down to get ketchup. As soon as we were done they picked up our plates and gave us the bill. We were expecting to order dessert as we were celebrating but it was like they were in a rush to get us out. Very disappointing. The food on the other hand was amazing and no complaints there.
