So genießt man hier unter Bambusleuchten u.a. mit Schweinehack oder Scampis gefüllte Dim Sum, mit Gemüse gefüllte knusprige Rollen, zu denen es eine Pflaumen-Chili-Sauce gibt, vietnamesische Crepes, Shrimpskuchen und vieles mehr.
