New Year’s Eve Fireworks Boat Bash is the best celebration of the year, featuring four entertainment areas and a top-shelf premium open bar. DJ Herbert Holler will spin throwback hits on the main deck dance floor. DJs Chris and Oskar will spin contemporary hits on the covered and heated bow deck dance floor. The Greg Farnese full jazz band will perform in the Stateroom downstairs, while the Kat Rivers duo will rock the main dining room. Fireworks at midnight to ring in the new year. VIP reservations start at 8 PM with a reserved table for the night including a dedicated server, passed hors d’oeuvres, and buffet stations until 10 PM. $250 per person inclusive. Tickets for General Admission at 9 PM with open bar and fireworks on Eventbrite.

I think the restaurant in general, is probably better than the experience we received. Our dinner could best be described as disappointing. This was a restaurant I've been wanting to try for a while. Our cocktials were good. Pretty cheap wine glasses for nice restaurant though. Lobster bisque was underwhelming(needed more lobster flavor and maybe some more sherry or tarragon), but the presentation was nice. Baked brie was good, Parker rolls were above average. The 65 dollar steak was underwhelming and a bit chewy, but cooked pretty close to med rare as we ordered it. Crab stuffed flounder was excellent. The main issues were extended timing between courses, a table all the way in the back corner that kinda sucked(this was a birthday reservation), a lack of attention from management when they seemed to touch every other table around us, and a server that was average, but didn't recognize any of our frustrations. We are restaurant people, so understand miscues happen, but just wasn't the night we expected for our visit. The little birthday tart at the end was a nice touch. Not great, not horrible.

Coolest atmosphere. Very beautifully renovated ship as a fancy restaurant. Had excellent very attentive service. Had their most popular dish of crab stuffed flounder that they said sold out every night. However, I was not impressed with very bland flavor. Saw another table that had the scallops that looked wonderful. Crispy brussels sprouts were also ok, not crispy. The crab mac and cheese was great. Presentation of food was spectacular but would expect more flavor from such elegant setting and presentation. Price was comparable for seafood.
