   The overall experience was decent. To start valet was nowhere to be found so we couldn’t use that service. The waitress expected us to know the menu and we booked it for VDAY and there was a special menu but we had to ask for it. There was an 1 1/2 wait between receiving the appetizer and the entree. The lobster was overcooked and rubbery and the steak was so-so but for a 28oz I was underwhelmed. For the price of the experience it was not worth it.

   I expected a top-tier experience at Morton’s for Valentine’s Day, but it was anything but. Despite having a reservation, we waited 45 minutes to be seated. Service was slow across the board—it took forever just to get bread, and our server was rarely around. The biggest disappointment was my steak. It took four times to send it back, and they still couldn’t get it right. Instead of fixing the issue properly, their only solution was to take it off the bill. For a steakhouse, that’s unacceptable. Overall, this was a frustrating and underwhelming experience. Definitely not what I expected from a place like Morton’s.

   The Valentine's day decor was beautiful. Our waiter, Sean, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable of the menu, and his suggestions were spot on. Small issue with the food was that the meat wasn't prepared to our liking, but Alana [the manager] made it right. Overall, they made our 22nd wedding anniversary dinner awesome. And, we appreciate the young lady from the wait staff for taking time out to take our picture & print a copy for us. Definitely will frequent Morton's Steakhouse in San Antonio and other locations more often!

   From the valet to the waitstaff, everyone was exceptional. Alana, the general manager on the floor, checked on us several times. Our waitress, Rachita, was prompt and very courteous. Brett at the bar was energetic and engaging, and the food was fantastic.

   The staff seemed overwhelmed with customers. The food or service was not worth our time. We waited over 20 mins for our vehicle from the valet.

   Valet was poor. After dinner didn’t drive car around just told me where it was located. Two separate food orders were messed up. Kitchen is open to the restaurant and was pretty loud. Food was ok but for the price there are much better steakhouses. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

    Always a relaxing and unhurried dining experience with excellent service and food. Love that the Manager visits each table ensuring that all is good with a little conversation to boot. Definitely my wife and my go to place for a memorable evening. Thank you Manager Kathy Lee and waitress Christie for a great Valentines dinner!
