Came here for my 41st birthday. The atmosphere was beautiful. There was a gal playing on the piano in the bar that you could hear throughout the restaurant. We started out with the bread and butter. Appetizers we tried were shrimp cocktail, they were huge and delicious, and we had the meatballs. Then we had the salad, opted for the vinaigrette dressing instead of the blue cheese and no egg. Had amazing flavor. For dinner we had 22 ounce bone in ribeye cooked to medium rare like I requested. Another was the pork chops. The horseradish apple dipping sauce( I think that’s what was in it) paired perfectly with the chops. Then the 16 oz ribeye also cooked beautifully to my specifications. Literally melted in your mouth. And then the chicken. It had an amazing outer crunch and juicy center. You can never go wrong with the shoe string fries. The mashed potatoes were good. The augrautan potatoes were even better. The onion rings I would not recommend. Nothing fancy about it. The regular breaded onion rings your used to getting at any restaurant. I was surprised they didn’t bring out a plate of desert that says happy birthday. But we usually go to Ruth’s Chris for my birthday. So maybe that’s not something Morton’s does. Either way it was a beautiful place and friendly staff.

We went to this new Morton's due to its proximity to our home and the fact that it is brand new. We went to celebrate a wedding anniversary. For full context, I view fine dining as a quiet experience where you can have a conversation in a normal speaking voice in a "dimmed lighting" atmosphere. Pros: New and super clean. Plenty of parking, including valet. Excellent wait service (kudos to Patty)! Professionally behaved staff. Cons: Too loud. Heavily tatted employees working the reception. I find this trashy. Nose rings and tattoos...no. TV in bar area with sports playing. If I go to a restaurant for nice dinner, I don't want to see a TV. Save that for the sports bar. It should not be visible from the dining area. Food quality was mixed. Chicken Christopher was excellent, but a tomahawk ribeye had so much gristle it was only half edible. We dressed appropriate to the dress code, unfortunately many of the diners looked like they just walked the 20 feet from the casino and fell far short of the dress code. If you are at the casino and don't want to leave to go for a relatively nice but very expensive meal, you'll probably love this Morton's, but for us the Scottsdale Morton's is a much better venue for a quiet romantic meal.

Great meal, great service, they also had an amazing musician that just made the room so lively. I’m glad they have a nice restaurant close to Buckeye area makes it easier to get a nice meal without the drive to Scottsdale. 10/10 would recommend, managers did a great job at checking on the table.

My wife and I decided to try this new steakhouse on New Years day. We had reservations and were seated right away. The service was slow at times and things were forgotten. The bar is a disaster. Drinks that came out were not fresh and not appealing to the eye. My Bloody Mary was made with a bloody mary mix and was a dark brown, and all the alcohol floated on top. My wife's Mojito was absolutely flavorless. The Mojito was replaced and was better, But I expected fresh tomato juice from Mortons Steakhouse, not a jar mix. There were lots of miss steps like we were never offered pepper for our salads. My wife ordered the waygu steak and it was dry, it didn't look like waygu either. It was also replaced. A wine order took over 20 minutes to get. The pork chops were ok but were missing a sear and was horribly under salted. The Szechuan green beans were good but were not very spicy. The music volume level was obnoxious. We asked to have it turned down but it never was, It was hard to have a conversation at the table. The staff was quick to correct things as they could but this shouldn't happen at Mortons. I'm not sure if its because its newly opened or the staff is under trained but we expected more. Especially the food which was just ok. At this time, I would go to Mortons in Scottsdale and avoid this location until things improve.

The restaurant is really beautiful. The food was delicious and our waitress (Emma) was very good. The issue that brought down the overall experience was the fact that our 43rd anniversary was not even recognized. I mentioned it while making our reservation online. When we were called to confirm the reservation they also stated that something special would be done. Guess what, no one even wished us a happy anniversary. We should have been like the table complaining about numerous things, they sure received a lot of attention. We expected better from Mortons!

The ambience and experience was stellar. We made reservations for New Year’s Eve and were seated right away. The steaks and sides were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. They have a great drink selection and the live entertainment was exceptional. We will definitely be going back.

We had a reservation and were seated quickly. I told the hostess and the server it was my husbands birthday so I wanted to do something special for him before he came to the table. We waited awhile before ordering. The food was average. The steak was great. We ordered the green beans as a side and they were so spicy we could not eat them, when the server finally came over we let her know and she said they should not be spicy and offer to re fire but we were almost done at that point. So she cleared our plates and brought us the check. No desert menu, nothing for my husbands birthday and did not take the beans off. We probably won’t be back.

Fine dining at its best. Everything was right on point from the atmosphere,Lemon Drop Martini, steak and dessert. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. We can not wait to return. Morton’s Steakhouse is a treasure to have in the West Valley.

They sat 4 of us at a table for 6. Too difficult to talk to everyone, especially with the music so loud. If I go back again, I would want a quieter table if that’s even possible. The food was delicious and the service was great. We had an issue with the appetizer but the manager took care of it!
