   My second experience here and I’m still in love with it! A jewel in Roswell! Hosted a 60th birthday celebration. The Hostess accommodated our seating requests. Johnnie, our server, was magnificent! Friendly, professional and attentive. The food is delicious and I’ve already planned my order for my next visit!

   First and foremost, the ambiance of this place was incredible. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The drink menu is vast with a ton of really great options, but the fact that it’s only offered on an iPad (that wasn’t offered to us when we sat/ordered) didn’t seem very efficient. It should be included in the menu or at least on a QR code. The lavender mimosa was fantastic. The food was very good, but the eggs in the Northern Bird (eggs, cheese, and turkey sausage on a bagel or biscuit) had peppers and onions which wasn’t listed on the menu (and there were a lot). It was listed as “omelet style eggs.” As someone that hates peppers, it was disappointing to see that that wasn’t listed on the menu. It was nice to see the manager walking around checking on tables and she was genuinely appreciative when we told her that we enjoyed ourselves. There are a few things that could be improved but overall, I would recommend Morningbird and we will be back.

   It was a fun outing though the team approach to service broke down several times. Bar exhausted whiskey on hand before 7:30 p.m. Soup arrived without spoons, 3-5 minutes wait for the spoon. Ordered wine when salad was served. Engaged service twice more for that glass of wine. Wine finally arrived after dinner dishes were cleared.

   The ambiance was exceptional—every detail, from the decor and lighting to the playlist and menu, was thoughtfully curated to create a perfect vibe. The food was just as impressive; every dish we tried was delicious and left us eager to return. This spot is truly a hidden gem!

   I had an amazing Valentine’s dining experience. I know it’s not their regular menu. It was still top notch. The flavor, the portions, the service, and not to forget the drinks! Was just overall delicious and I hope to be back to try their brunch menu. Kudos to the staff!

    I so wanted to love this place after seeing videos on IG, but my food experience was horrible. I’m a catfish lover and it was all I wanted with an addition to the sides. I’ll start by saying the over all restaurant appearance is really cute we loved it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the drinks were really good and the tap water didn’t taste like tap water so that was a plus. The food, first after placing my order I was told they were out of grits which was my first red flag. I chose some side which included the breakfast potatoes which was not at all what I expected. They’re literally a scoop of mashed potatoes for breakfast instead of diced potatoes. I guess they’re wanting to be different from other places but the mashed potatoes for breakfast is a big no for me but they weren’t bad. My first catfish was still pink inside so had to send it back, the second piece was falling apart without using my fork so it was a no for me. The catfish is really crunchy and the batter is really good but they clearly cook the fish at a higher temperature but not realizing that just because it’s crunchy doesn’t mean it’s done on the inside. The manager on duty came out to speak with us which was a plus, I did give her some tips to turn the heat down on the grease as it’s not properly cooking the catfish she seemed to agree. Overall experience was a 4/10 only because of the staff and my daughter liked most of her food except for the stone grits which is also different from most other places and was a bust. I’m happy there wasn’t enough for my dish as I would’ve been unhappy about those as well. Being different isn’t always a good thing but I won’t be back and I really wanted to like this place. Thanks to the manager for trying but I work too hard for my money to be wasting it!
