Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

                                                                              We had dinner here for the first time. We had pork dumplings as an appetizer along with a mai tai and yuzu margarita. Entrees were lobster singapore noodles (I asked for wheat noodles and was served ramen??). It was very good and I would order it again. Maybe I will get wheat noodles next time. The ribs were OK. People brag about them but he wouldn’t order them again. They were too fatty. I tried one and thought it was too sweet (hoisin sauce). We sat for awhile with empty cocktails and no water. That was surprising. We were served our entrees and the appetizer plates sat on the table.

                                                                              Just fine. Been multiple times before and the quality has went down somewhat from prior visits. It was incredible but now I will it a fine rating.

                                                                              Our server was amazing! It was very busy and we didn’t have a reservation until 10:15pm but we came in at 9:30 and they were able to get us in and even put us upstairs where it’s quieter.

Our plans got altered and the Front Hostess Anna was patient and worked with us to safeguard our reservation. Overall a terrific experience at Morimoto Asia. Thank you!

Started with Mai tais then had rock shrimp then shishito peppers then wagyu beef then spicy salmon roll, spicy himachi roll, California roll! Our server was amazing and we were seated within 5 minutes!

The food was delicious and fairly priced Cocktails were very unique and tasty Dessert was fantastic. Japanese cheesecake and the cinnamon donuts hit the spot
