Morimoto Asia is Chef Masaharu Morimoto first pan-Asian restaurant. The creativity of Chef Morimoto is already one of the most inventive forces in Asian cuisine. This culinary destination includes unique exhibition kitchens that showcase traditions like Peking duck carving and dim sum. Morimoto Asia’s eye-catching, 36-foot tall, two-story layout includes lounges, private dining spaces, and an exhibition glass encased kitchen that allows guests a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the culinary action. The second-level sushi bar and lounge have a separate entrance.

Morimoto Asia is located at The Landing at Disney Springs, an entertainment-dining-retail district. With an overhaul and re-branding of this portion of Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Springs will present a fresh and new face to the magical kingdom that is sure to be an extraordinary experience.

                                                                              This is the right example , of how a bad judgment and lack of interest from the face front , impact the reputation of a business. I’ve been enjoying this place since the beginning ( opening) and unfortunately, someone is taking decisions which affect the level of respect and service to the customers. I did as always a reservation and I arrived earlier , I asked if possible, to be seated and the people at the check in kept us for more than an hour waiting. no respect at all, there were at some point, 10 open tables in the low floor. I asked twice to “remind them”, but nothing happened, the whole experience for me was, We will punish you, How dare to arrive not in your reservation schedule. The place was busy but they were allowing walk in people to the bar tables , they never gave me this chance. After 1:10 Hrs ( I check in 19:22 , my reservation was 21:00 , I got a table at 8:35 PM ) So sorry about the arrogance from Kate and Brendon from Reception ( check in ) .

                                                                              Our main sushi course came 50 minutes after our appetizers. Would have ordered more sushi, but not with that kind of wait. Very disappointing.
