Award-Winning Moretti's pan and thin crust Chicago-style pizza is just the most famous part of our large menu. We offer a varied selection of Italian and American dishes, both classic and modern for lunch and dinner in a friendly atmosphere. The dining room is spacious and comfortable, or dine outdoors, weather permitting, in our beautiful garden patio. Prices are very reasonable, and the service is fast and friendly. The food was okay. Nothing special. The pizza was a little overcooked. The biggest issue is that it took an hour to receive our food. Our server did apologize about the delay, but didn’t explain what was causing the extreme wait time. Overall, just a fair experience.

For the most part, everything was great. Unfortunately, our pizza was incorrect. They apologized and made us a new one that came out 20 minutes later. The rest of our party had finished eating already. Nothing was done for us, which was a bit disappointing.

Molly was a terrific server. We arrived at different times but she was attentive to all of our needs. Always a good meal!

We have eaten at many of the Moretti's locations in the Chicago area and generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, that was not the case at this location for our reservation. We walked in the door and there was no one working the hostess station. We had to ask one of the bar tenders if someone was working the door and that the needed to find the person. We waited to be seated for almost 15 minutes. Once seated, the server was very attentive and the hostess was very apologetic for the wait. The food taste was not anything to write home about and very expensive for what was provided. The cost for our meal was almost $200 for two people. The Chicken Parmesan dinner was $23 and the Pan Seared Salmon was $27. There were no free refills on Club Soda at a cost of $3.49 per soda. Adding on a garden salad to the Chicken Parmesan Dinner was $5 creating a dinner total $28. The Chips and Dip appetizer was $11 for nothing more than a plate of chips and a small ramekin of dip. This location adds a 3% surcharge on the bill as well. When asking the server what the surcharge was for, they could not explain what the surcharge was for and that all they knew is that the charge came down from corporate. The would not remove the surcharge when asked to. We were very disappointed in the experience at this location and will not return. We were very surprised on how this location has standards that seem to be lower than the other Moretti's locations in the area. We were very disappointed in the food quality in comparison to cost. We are also tired of being surcharged to death by restaurants as a whole. Having a 3% surcharge with no explanation is just a way for this location, and Moretti's as a whole, to guarantee a 3% profit on every check. That is how you gouge your patrons and stop them from returning to your locations. There should be a an explanation of this at the hostess stand that the hostess should be tasked to make patrons aware instead of being surprised
