Food was mediocre, fries were like warm and hard, food was sloppy and not put together well at all. My sandwich was falling apart and my daughter's macaroni was too oily. Server was great, friendly and prompt but place could use an overhaul, especially on the kitchen.

Servers were very busy and paying more attention to the large tables than to others like me especially who was alone. I waited a little over 20 minutes after finishing my meal to even get the attention of the server to bring boxes and the bill.

Hostess and Waitress were outgoing, friendly and lovely. But our waitress did not return to our table after we had finished eating….over 1/2 hour We wanted to order dessert but when she returned it was with our bills never asking if we wanted anything else

Very disappointed with our visit to Montanna’s South end. We had a reservation for 6:00pm, arrived around 5:50pm. We had a group in front of us (no reservation) that requested a booth and was seated at one. When it was our turn, I told the front desk that we had a reservation with Open Table for a booth. They told us they had just had a rush and all booths are full. They seated us at the worst spot by the main door in the walkway. Without a reservation I’d understand but I asked what’s the point of making a reservation if we could get the same spot as a walk in. They told us it’s first come first served. Making our reservation useless. The food & service was excellent as usual but very disappointed on how the front desk organized the seating & reservations.

Server was friendly, and knowledgeable. Always enjoy our time there and of course the variety of food is very good and the prices are reasonable.
