   We enjoyed Mole SO MUCH! For years our favorite restaurant in Sedona has been Mariposa, and we agreed Mole was equally as amazing as Mariposa and it’s our new favorite. We got the Bone Marrow Elote appetizer, and the Pork Tenderloin and Snapper entrees. It was all incredible, especially the sauce with the Snapper! For dessert we had the churros and they were truly better than Disneyland.

   We had a really terrific meal at Mole! The guacamole tasting was delicious and skirt steak cooked perfectly. Dahlia was an absolutely fabulous server. She was pleasant, attentive and timed her visits to the table perfectly.

   We enjoyed many of the appetizers, entrees and deserts. All were delicious! Our server was excellent!

   The service is wonderful, and the food is fabulous. Like many restaurants now, all the hard surfaces don’t absorb noise, so it is fairly noisy, making quiet conversation challenging, but that shouldn’t deter anyone from enjoying the great food!

   Mole is incredible! The food was to die for, you must get the snapper and skirt steak. The guacamole is the perfect starter and churros were so good too. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for intimate dinners. And the service is always fantastic, prompt, anticipates your needs and have the best recommendations. Last night (12/5) was our 3rd day in a row and we will probably stop by for lunch on our way home. We will miss Mole and hope to return one day.

   The waiter brought me the wrong dinner. I was hungry and didn’t want to wait and send it back. There was nothing brought to our table before the meal, bread, chips, salsa, etc. They did take 10% off the bill for the wrong meal.

If there's anything we can do to make it up to you, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love the chance to make things right. As for the bread or chips and salsa, we don’t serve them automatically because we found we were wasting a lot of the scratch-made products we take pride in. Instead, we’ve listed chips and salsa on the menu so guests can choose to enjoy them by request.    The Caesar salad and guacamole and chips were different and good. I figured wrongly that Mole restaurant would have more than one option with their Mole sauce . Only one option, Mole Pollo Enchiladas. They were excellent. I tried Hibiscus instead of ice tea. Good flavor and wished I had a Sweet N Low packet for a touch of sweetness. Overall the staff was excellent and food very good. I would go back next time at Mole.
