   I wish I could give more than 5stars. Everything about this place is special. The hostess was the sweetest person I’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. The food is exceptional and the ambiance beautiful. Highly recommend

   Fantastic, authentic Mexican cuisine. Matthew was an excellent waiter. Food was exquisite. Beef enchiladas and all fish fishes were spectacular.

   We had dinner with our son and his wife last night at Mole. This was our first time dining there. We were so very pleased with the food, presentation of the food, the wait staff and especially Jenny, our waitress! We have more family arriving next weekend and have already made another reservation! One of the best in Palm Desert!!

   Fantastic Mexican restaurant. The Margaritas were awesome, and we loved the skirt steak and the beef brisket enchiladas. Our server Joseph was outstanding. Highly recommended. Also, the chips and salsa were the best ever.

   Based upon friend recommendations, we went to Mole. The flavors were wonderful. We enjoyed the somewhat expensive guacamole with homemade chips. Good portion but about 20% more expensive than others. We split the pollo Carracho which was also about 15% overpriced but very tasty and filling. I also ordered the house Margarita which was very strong! Finished the meal with a cappuccino and an espresso. Delicious but again about 20% more expensive than other similar restaurants. Our experience got off on the wrong foot. We were immediately seated for our reservation but ignored for over 10 minutes. No greeting by the waiter, no water, no service. I had to get up to tell the greeter that we had been missed. That did the trick! Service the rest of the evening was on target.
