“Mojo,” pronounced “mo-ho,” which means “Caribbean garlic sauce” in Spanish, is a citrus and garlic marinade and dipping sauce that is the foundation of many traditional Cuban dishes.

Our menu is a nod to that tradition with a dash of modern expression to keep it fun and fresh. Mojo features an authentic line-up of traditional Cuban comforts like ropa vieja, empanadas, fried yuca, mojo chicken, and the quintessential Cuban sandwich.

At our indoor/outdoor bar, guests will find an impressive array of rums designed both for sipping and for anchoring traditional cocktails all prepared against the backdrop of a regionally inspired soundtrack intentionally curated to accompany the shaking and stirring. Selections include Mojitos, Cuba Libres, Pina Coladas, and, of course, Daquiris, precisely the way Ernest Hemingway prescribed.

Developed and helmed by a team of industry veterans, Mojo is a true collaboration of both local and national talent.

    Excellent service, very good food, good drinks, all in a clean, bright, relaxed atmosphere. Rating would be 4.5 stars if possible, only skewed down a notch because the food was slightly different than my Miami Cuban restaurant experiences but still very good.

    Delicious food (the pineapple guacamole was extraordinary) Service was great! Katie was extremely attentive and friendly and we left feeling like we couldn’t wait to come back.

    Great find! Went for UofA parents weekend with a party of fifteen and they had our table waiting and service was great! Food was yummy as were the drinks. Would definitely come back!
