   The overall experience was great there were larger tables than ours that got more attention but the food was excellent and for being in a casino it was quiet and relaxing.

   Made a reservation, no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. Long line of people. Utter chaos. Practically had to go in the back and cook our own food. Then when we got it it was either cold or wrong. The manager ended up comping everything but that's not the point. Wouldn't return to this place. Too bad...

   Great Tequila selection, something like 60 different brand/types. I was a little disappointed that there were not more non-enchilada/taco/burrito selections. I ordered the Carne Asada which is supposed to be, and is described as, thin-sliced steak; it was about 1.5 inches thick. My wife's beef fajitas had large chunks of steak that were too large to be wrapped in a tortilla so she ate it as a regular dish.

   Lost reservation, dinner took over 40 minutes to cook, was not good or even what I ordered, waitress ignored us

   We made a reservation, figuring that with 6,500 people coming for a Toby Keith concert, they would be booked tight. Should have suspected something when we got the time we wanted and the place was virtually empty when we got there. We ordered margaritas, which were un-drinkable. I chose the taco/salad bar (without looking beforehand) and it was inedible. My date ordered something that I can't remember and it was so awful we had to call the host. He was very pleasant and apologetic and did not charge us anything (we had consumed one bite each and one sip each). Don't waste your time.

   I showed up 5 minutes before my reservation time and they told me they overbooked even though I made the reservation 5 days prior. We did not get to sit with our whole party, walk-ins got seated before us, service was awful, food was cold, and just an overall bad time.

   Food is not bad but service was really bad. We had a table for 12. Every time we ordered even a drink it took forever to get it, and food took at least 45 minutes to show up from the time we ordered. Nice place and location but has a lot of room for improvement.

   Food was very bland. No flavor to the charro beans. The green chillie pork was pretty good. The waitress was not very attentive. Had to wait quite awhile for water refills. Wasn't the best experience for a first visit. Not sure if I will return.

    It took forever for a waiter to take our order. They neglected to give us a drink menu. Food came fairly quickly and was good. Then it took forever to pay. Apparently they were having trouble with credit card machine so we ended up paying cash just so we could leave and get to our event on time. If serve staff is busy they should at least come by and say they will be right with you or something, not just ignore you. If they are having problems with something they should come tell you right away, not ignore you and leave you wondering what is going on with your credit card. Better communication would have helped tremendously.
