   Honestly, it was such an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was absolutely delightful and made it even more memorable! I will definitely come back!!

   Good Points - welcoming staff at the door and serving staff were excellent and very attentive. Our serving lady was lovely. Recognised a birthday with one of our party members and made us feel welcome and warm. Decor, ambiance and lighting was good too and comfortable seating and layout. Bad points - food is not great quality for what the prices are. Very overpriced for what you get. Portions are ok but the quality in taste isn't great. Presentation of food was good though. Music was maybe a bit too loud. DJ is great to have but trying to hold a conversation is hard work when you're shouting at each other. Clientele is a very very young crowd too. Did not want to pay the service charge at the end due to above number of reasons. The Manager (male manager) was extremely rude and pushy and became very disgruntled when we advised we did not want to pay it. Kept asking for reason after reason and what was wrong which was wrong of him. It is a customers prerogative if we want to pay a service charge or not and we should not be harassed for reasons in a pushy and forceful manner. He ruined the experience for us further. Overall, not somewhere I would visit again or recommend to friends and family. Very pretentious and trying to be a version of Sexy Fish but in future would rather spend my money at Sexy Fish or Kitten for better quality food at the same prices.

   The food was nice but we couldn’t enjoy it. We were surrounded by tables of screaming girls taking pictures with floodlight attachments on their phones. The lights were so bright, shining in our eyes and the screaming so loud we left without eating our desserts. Staff were too busy singing happy birthday to people to make sure we had drinks. 4 staff for each birthday and it happened 5 times whilst we were there. We had to wait until a staff member walked past our table to ask for more drinks and even then they walked away forgetting, we had to order again.

   10s ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! Wow what a fabulous night from start to finish!!!! Seamless booking and let’s not talk about the dining experience 😍. Gorgeous venue and the energy is unmatched - the club was so much fun ✨. Had the most EXQUISITE time and can’t wait to visit again with my friends - the staff and customer service was everything ❤️❤️❤️

   From the moment we walked into MNKE HSE, we knew we were in for something extraordinary—and it did not disappoint. Every single element of the evening, from the food to the drinks to the music and impeccable service, made for a dining experience we’ll never forget. So, if you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further! For us, the main “pièce de résistance” was the Brazilian ribeye. To call it "orgasmic" would be an understatement—this was the most tender, smoky and perfectly grilled ribeye we've ever had. We’ve paired it with the caviar potato which was an absolute revelation—one of the most unique and inventive potato dishes we've had in Manchester! A moment of sheer indulgence that you absolutely must- try! Another must-try: salmon teriyaki! Without spoiling much: this simple combination of flavours will leave your table speechless for a minute or two! What made the experience even more special was Paola, who took the time to personally walk us through each dish. Her passion for her craft was evident in every word and her thoughtful explanations only enhanced our appreciation for the food. She truly is a master at what she does, and it’s clear that the incredible new menu she crafted reflects her dedication and creativity. A huge shoutout also to her phenomenal team, everyone made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout the evening! We’d love to give a special mention to our waitress, but unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name—she was absolutely wonderful and her attentiveness made the night even more enjoyable! The drinks paired perfectly with the dishes, the atmosphere was lively yet intimate and the service was outstanding. Every aspect of our visit was worth every penny and we left feeling fully satisfied and completely impressed. For any foodie in Manchester looking to embark on a culinary adventure, MNKE HSE is a must-visit!

   Amazing experience, the best service I’ve received in a long time, so friendly and attentive. The food was all great too, only thing was the ceviche could have done with more flavour but apart from that everything was delicious. DJ was really good too!
