   would not recommend this restaurant at all food was just sub par and definitely over priced there was something black in the ice cube that appeared to be a bug and they just took drink off the bill then proceeded to charge 10.00 for chinese tea the tea had no taste the dumplings were good and great presentation will never go back .. there is a reason that the place was empty .. didn’t like P.f. chang’s but this doesn’t do much better ..

   My wife an I went here on a Friday night we arrived 3p minutes earlier than our reservation to a mostly empty restaurant. We were asked to wait while the table was prepared(3/4 of the tables were empty). After 10 minutes we were directed to our table where we waited another 15 minutes without being greeted by anyone on staff. We eventually got up and left. The menu looks delicious but the service is so poor and an empty restaurant on a Friday night makes me nervous. we won't be going back

   I scheduled a reservation for 8pm and ended up coming in a little early. I was seated without any wait despite my arrival being early. The food was excellent. Everything tasted fresh, as well as delicious. My only complaint that I do have is that the margaritas that my table ordered were a little too strong for our liking. Aside from that, I definitely will be returning to Mito in the future.

   The restaurant wasn't crowded but, the service which was usually good was inattentive. They seemed to be understaffed. It took too long to take our orders and cook our meals. Only one person of our party of 4 was happy with the meal. Two of us ordered the same meal which was room temperature when they were served. The waitress offered to send them back to the kitchen. However, instead of cooking new fresh meals, they reheated them and didn't bother replating and replenishing the half-eaten pieces of beef, mashed potatoes and rice that we tasted before realizing the entire meal was room temperature. To make it worse, because they were the same meals, we believe they really didn't know which dish was mine and which one belonged to my friend considering they didn't cook fresh meals. If I wanted my food reheated, I could have stayed home and eaten a microwaved meal and could have saved a lot of money. As for the taste, the meals weren't memorable.

   They killed it! Brought a friend for his bday. They did a wonderful job - I hope it goes well for this new location.

   Unfortunately, my husband had a chicken sandwich and his first bite was into an uncooked piece of chicken. The waitress was kind enough to send it back and the manager then came over with pictures of the remaining chicken and began to argue with my husband that the chicken was cooked. She took out her cell phone to show him pictures of his eaten food. Just gross and extremely tacky! Otherwise, our table of 3 each ordered a sushi roll and they were brought to the table on one plate, making us have to eat pieces of sushi from a plate in the middle of the table. Messy to say the least and the rolls were mediocre, at best. This is the old PF Changs and would have been better if it stayed PF Changs. Will not return!

   Good food, interesting twist on Chinese / Japanese Cuisine. Service was good and the portion size adequate. Have been there several times and plan on returning.
