Raw tuna in crispy wonton is an outstanding dish - great combination of quality fresh ingredients, flavour & texture. And the fish curry (barramundi?) was again, the result of skilled perfection. The food is exactly WHY we are happy to pay for food, the way it is supposed to be cooked - by people who know what they are doing! Thankyou.

Pre theatre dining for five. Food was delicious and staff were outstanding. Very friendly and polite, our orders were taken quickly and timely considering we were ‘pre theatre’. Food was great, some dishes shared and some individual, and all coming at the appropriate time. Still had time for a good coffee, then off to our theatre date.

Meal was fine but with one exception: the Roast Cauliflower was quite cold. When requested that it be re-heated, it was again delivered cold, though this time on a hot plate. Our waitress was excellent.

We had a banquet and the food was great. Service was attentive and fast. I enjoyed the plum sake in the wine list. Only drawback was that the room was very loud

Thank goodness Miss Pearl is now running this restaurant next to Southbank Theatre. Smart service understanding of ti.e constraints. Excellent food - we enjoyed the crispy eggplant, the roast chicken and the fish curry. Perfect for 3 and all delicious. Wine and coffee and out in time to take our seats for the show.

Enjoyed a delicious meal served by very friendly efficient staff. We were never rushed but we had plenty of time to make our way to our theatre seats.
