   We celebrated a colleague's recent award at Mishree. It was our first time here. As a group (8 persons) we enjoyed our culinary experience from the rubbing of the rosemary in our palms to the specialty cart cocktail served at our table and every single dish served. Unlike other restaurants we have tried before we also enjoyed sharing our dishes with each other. It felt like a family gathering with a five-star touch. Thank you Mishree!

   Good ambience. Tasty food. Mock-tail were interesting. Pricey place from Indian meal so be prepared for that.

   Overall good experience service was a bit on the odd as we had to remind server to get utensils, dishes again and again. Fine dining experience needs to upheld the value for money.

   Me and my husband went there to celebrate our anniversary. The food was good and the presentation as well, quantity was decent. Two things that we didn’t like how the server was rushing us to place orders so that we don’t have to wait longer which I think was a lie as the service was pretty quick and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. I felt we didn’t get time to talk or enjoy our appetizers and the main course was already on the table which I said please have at-least 20 mins after we finish the apps. Another thing was the setup of the table itself, it was too small for 2 people and was very cluttered, water glasses, dinner plates, drinks glasses, a lamp, water bottle, now the appetizers. I felt it was so tiny that i couldn’t eat thinking something will fall any minute and imagine the menu’s on top. So for me it was one time thing.

   We were greeted warmly on arrival and taken to a table for two wedged between a young family and a table that was set for a large group. We asked for another table as there were many available and were accommodated. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated with attention to detail from the interior design to the furnishings and tableware. The lighting however was insufficient to see their extensive menu without holding it to the small table lamp. Other people were using their phone flashlights. The thumping club music was very distracting and took away from the general ambience of the space. There was a bottle of water already on the table which my husband poured. We were never asked what kind of water we wanted (we are happy with tap water) and another bottle was brought so I requested tap then. Very presumptuous to assume guests want $7 bottles of Evian. The waiter asked if it was our first time dining here. He was very attentive and gracious, however gave us no guidance on typical serving sizes. We ordered two small plates and four appetizers. The small plates were already quite filling and the appetizers were entree sized. The food (crispy spinach, mushroom caps, shrimp, lamb chops, chicken tikka and paneer) was delicious although the chicken tikka was a bit fatty and gristly. We packed our leftovers ourselves and had enough for another two meals! I can only assume that the portions are meant for more than two diners. I can't comment on the size of main courses as we did not order any. Our waiter asked if we were ok with the dishes coming to the table when ready and we were fine with this given the timeline he gave us. We found the service too fast paced and did not have much room on the tiny table to fit all the dishes. The blackberry cocktail was ok but the large cube made it inelegant and awkward to drink--had to use a straw. Might return now that we know what to expect and will ask about portion sizes in advance.

   Overall, good place for dinner. Good Indian food in a non-traditional upscale setting. What disappointed me was the music - no live music as promised by the host for a Saturday night. And also, very little Bollywood music overall even by the DJ. It was house music with occasional Bollywood tracks. Also, I had requested a good table in my booking given a birthday in our group, but we ended up getting the worst one at the very entrance. Cocktails were overpriced.

   Me and my family had an incredible dining experience at Mishri Restaurant! The service was top-notch; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish packed with authentic flavors and beautifully presented. The highlight was the live drink preparation at our table—it added a fun and unique touch to the meal, and the drinks themselves were fantastic! However, the prices are on the higher side, so it might not be the best choice for those looking for an affordable, budget-friendly option.

   Everything we ordered was served cold, from the appetizers to the main course. The presentation of the appetizers was not worth the price; there were only 4-5 pieces served, and the overall presentation could definitely be improved. We had to ask for our food to be reheated twice. We also returned one of the main course items because it was bland and overcooked. The drinks were mediocre and did not meet our expectations.

    The Ambience, set up and flow was great. The food was good, prawn curry Kerala was excellent however the Karachi chicken was also great but I did not like the peppers, onions and carrots combination. It becomes more like Hakka Indian style dish. Otherwise I had a great time.
