    Mineral is a miracle! A warm and cosy atmosphere, albeit with a beautiful and modernly designed decor. The service was attentive and knowledgeable and the cocktails/mocktails were made with precision and flair. Most importantly, the food was spectacular! We had the tasting menu, which I highly recommend. The Iberico pork wraps and miso cake dessert are two of the best dishes I've had in a long time. This is Pilipino Food at its best. Bravo!!

    We loved our experience at Mineral. The food was beautiful. The staff were incredible. Everything combined made for an unforgettable evening. Can't wait to come back to try more dishes!

    Fantastic dinner experience. We did the tasting menu (costing 95pp) and enjoyed every dish. Favourites were the Pineapple and kombu, the esaymane, scallop lumpia, and the Salmon with the yummiest, umami-filled broth. For dessert, the chef prepped their ube leche flan, and it certainly deserves all the attention it has had. We added the non-alcoholic beverage package, and while they were very creative and tasty, I'd maybe skip that next time around.

    This restaurant never disappoints! The food is always exceptional, with flavors that keep me coming back. I love how they continuously innovate, introducing exciting new dishes while still keeping their beloved classics on the menu. It’s the perfect balance of creativity and consistency. Whether I’m trying something new or indulging in an old favorite, the quality and attention to detail are always top-notch. The atmosphere and service are just as outstanding, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
