   Enjoyed a delicious meal in Mimosa. Excellent variety on menu, including lots of vegetarian options. Portions were decent. We had 7 tapas and 2 desserts between 2 of us. Service was exceptional, friendly and attentive. Looking forward to returning and trying more dishes.

   Fab afternoon in Mimosa. Everything was top class...food, service, ambience...faultless! And it was lovely to sit in the garden there after our meal in the beautiful sunshine 🌞 and enjoy our drinks.

   We had an excellent server. She was super! Any questions we had, she answered. The food was gorgeous. I recommend the duck highly. The churros were a close second.

   Food was excellent as always. Front of house service was much improved compared to a previous visit servers were much more attentive to empty glasses and plates. The pacing of the meal was excellent with food arriving at a nice distance from the previous dish.

   This is one of my go to restaurants for a special occasion. The food and service are always fantastic. Cocktails are delicious with a great wine selection. Highly recommend for a date night or a celebratory event.

   Lovely evening in mimosa as always. However one thing that could be improved is how quikly the food comes out. It can be a lot all at once with a lot of food going cold while finishing previous dishes. I understand at the weekend but on a Wednesday or midweek it should be a bit slower to allow people to enjoy all the items they have ordered.

    Best restaurant in Carlow! Food & service is always amazing… never disappoints. Feels like a treat but isn’t overpriced.
