Only bad thing was that the heat wasn't on. There was a guy there fixing it, and the manager gave my table a heater because of my elderly parents. It was a wonderful fix. The server was absolutely wonderful, and she made my birthday memorable!!

I’ve visited this location several times before and usually enjoyed it, but my recent visit was disappointing. Arriving two hours before closing, I found the staff friendly but overly focused on closing tasks, like sweeping and cleaning, even as patrons were eating. Our waiter seemed distracted and forgot specific requests. Unfortunately, the food was only so-so this time, not as flavorful as previous visits. Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting close to closing time.

The side entrance/exit was close to our table and customers kept going in and out, which let the very cold air outside come inside . It was very uncomfortable. I have had their shrimp and grits many times before, and they’re usually very good. On this particular occasion, the shrimp and grits tasted like black pepper. The service was excellent as our waitress was very attentive.

The restaurant was incredibly loud. Our waiter never refilled drinks for our table despite three of the four glasses being emptied with the appetizer. Only a few of the tables were in use. The food was decent though some items were priced higher than the quality of the meal. Then to top it off, the restaurant marked me as a no show on my reservation arriving five minutes early. Glad I kept the receipt.

We had a 4 pm reservation for our group of 6. It took them 15 minutes to seat us even though there were many open tables and they seated many other groups first. They didn’t provide any information about what was going on. It was too load in the restaurant to have a conversation even when yelling to the person right next to us. When we were seated it was another 15 minutes and no one came by the table to serve. We didn’t even have water. 30 minutes after our reservation time we left still never having been visited by a server. We won’t try this place again. Very unpleasant experiment.

Reservation was for 3PM we arrived at 2:45PM hostess made us wait to be seated until 3:30PM. Once seated no one came to the table for the first 15 minutes once server can we did our complete order including appetizers but all food came at the same time. Music was so loud we couldn’t have a conversation amongst our table cause of the volume of the music. Seating was very small just an overall bad experience for our first time there.

The service was very good, everyone was polite and accommodating to our needs. From filling our water and checking on us without being over bearing or making us feel rushed. I would say the food is very good. Noise level was not too loud, so a nice place to meet with friends to chat or celebrate. The chicken and waffles was very good. The chicken could have had more seasoning for my taste, but the waffle was perfect; soft inside and slightly crispy outside. Ask for extra Biscoff sauce! The Jumbo Shrimp with homemade chips and Crispy Brussel Sprouts were excellent choices. The deviled eggs were good but served warm, I just prefer cold deviled eggs, but they were very tasty,
