   My wife's steak was way under cooked. When we mentioned it to a manager they said they would get her a new one. We were there to celebrate our 7 year wedding anniversary and we each ended up eating our food alone as we had to wait for her dish to be re-cooked. The manager offered her fries while she waited and they never came. Then the manager at the end of the evening offered to comp the steak dinner and a dessert. When the bill came both the dessert and steak were charged. They then had to correct that issue. The entire evening there was a disaster. We felt so bad for the server who did an excellent job but unfortunately the evening was ruined due to the kitchen era as well as management that was subpar.

   My girlfriend’s noodles were clumped and overcooked we also had to share a booth with another couple and were unable to get our own seats even though there were lots open during our dine in. Only good thing I have to say is the server we had was great and seemed sincere about the overcooked food when we complained management made no effort to come out and apologize or talk to us regarding the situation. For comp we were given a small sliver of cheesecake.

   My wife ordered the valentines dinner special with the shrimp appetizer, they came and told us that shrimp was not available, and then they came back and told us that her meal that she ordered was not available, shortly after they said it was now available.

   I had reserved a table for my partner's birthday. I indicated as much in my reservation. When we arrived and were seated, it had taken quite some time before the server came around. She was very nice. Our drink and food orders were taken simultaneously as we knew what we wanted. However, quite some time had passed and we did not receive the drinks we ordered. We did receive our appetizer, but was not provided with cutlery or napkins, and still no drinks. We were so upset by everything that we ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Our expectations were higher than what we had in reality experienced, as Milestones is a higher end restaurant. I am hopeful that this was just a one-off, but we were beyond disappointed, and will no longer be dining here.

   Our server made this birthday an exceptional experience. Food was fantastic. Food and service were top notch !!

   the restaurant was pretty empty but wait staff didn't check often enough to see if we wished to order. Granted our group was discussing business and said we needed more time but when we were finally ready to order on one seemed available . we did flag someone down though (not our server) and the food came relatively soon after ordering. the food was quite good.

    A table of 4 people, no appies and no dessert (had to get it to go) and it took 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. It took 1/2 hour to get drinks and then almost an hour to get our food. One meal was incorrect and the waitress came out to question the guest about what he ordered. We were told it would be 10 mins to get the correct one, but it did come out in about one minute. The meal was fine, waitress was not attentive enough and we finally asked for dessert to go (which was ordered 20 mins earlier) because we had been sitting there for 2 1/2 hours and we were done at this point. Then it took forever to get the machine to pay. It wasn't that busy so maybe they were short staffed. We used the time to catch up with friends but we won't be going back to that location any time soon.
