   We had a wonderful experience—everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Elain was especially attentive; she noticed my wife’s condition and thoughtfully seated us by the window where there was more space and comfort. Elain also recommended some amazing dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. She took great care of us throughout the meal, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends!

   Turned up 15 mins early for our booking but it wasn’t an issue. First ones in the restaurant (we’d been before and didn’t book - it was very busy) so this time was fine. Full English x 2 and away we went to catch our train 👍🏼

   Friendly & efficient service but the food was awful- nothing fresh. It's not difficult. Old microwaved food. The leek pastry thing wasn't even cooked. Some hedge fund has probably bought the name! Nasty people

   Food was good but it took a long time to arrive and service was generally not great. We did eventually get our food discounted because of the wait and mistakes made.

   Wonderful Sunday roast, one of the best tiramisu’s we’ve had, and great cocktails too. We had some travel delays meaning we ended up 45 minutes late for our booking, plus I’d forgotten to mention accessibility requirements and we were initially offered a table with barstools which weren’t ideal for my disabled dad - however they were able to sort us a suitable table within a few minutes despite it being a busy lunch. Overall really appreciative of the staff and their ability to accommodate us. Will definitely return!
