   The food and drinks were incredible. We went for brunch on a Saturday and the ambience is great. Excellent mole and the braised short ribs melted like butter; their tortillas were tasty too. The service was so-so. We got our guac appetizer after we got our main courses and had to ask multiple times for refills on drinks and water. Would definitely try again.

   Service is excellent and the food is pretty good. Anything with steak is good and the guac is on point. It’s a really nice restaurant with a fun vibe.

   Although the service was a little slow at the beginning, the Manager was on point with paying attention to detail. He was very observant and got the ball rolling for Us to be seated and served. He offered a free bowl of guacamole for our wait [which wasn't too long] and once our server came the service was very good. Their prices were kind of high but once you tasted the food, it was worth it. The ambiance was peaceful but entertaining and fits any occasion that you're trying to have. Overall, it will definitely be a spot that we will return to.

   Place is nice, food is overall good, I really liked the octopus, it was perfectly cooked. Drinks came out quick same as food. My only complaint is service. Our waiter was the weirdest person I have encountered in the service industry. He didn’t introduce himself when he arrived to our table, he didn’t ask what kind of water we wanted, he just brought tap water to everyone. He stood in silence for a minute without getting any orders and left. We had to call him back and he asked if we needed anything, yes, to put our drink orders please, he seemed annoyed or tired, maybe he was trying to be funny, we never got it. Same thing when trying to put our food order, overall he was very weird, didn’t like his service at all. Wish I can come back and get another server to enjoy my experience. Ambience was cool but noise level is high. Still a nice place.

   Although we did have a short wait, it was overall a good experience! Reservation was for 4:45, and we were not seated until about 5:00, 15-min ish wait. The food was delicious and came very quickly! Prices for the food are pretty steep though. Even away from the strip, I pretty much paid Strip prices for Thanksgiving dinner. One thing I didn’t realize was being charged for Evian brand water. The waiter asked if we wanted sparkling or still. We asked for Still, and I expected regular tap water for $0.00. However, I was charged $9 for Evian water. A 9 oz glass of basic Malbec was $24. Anyway apart from prices, everything we had to eat was great. My favorites were the octopus appetizer and the carne asada. The experience and food is quite comparable to other gourmet Mexican sit-down restaurants such as CHICA and La Neta. Waiter service was good, and the manager came by to greet us while he was making rounds.

   Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. Our order took an unusually long time to arrive, and multiple guest who came after us received their food before us, we had to repeatedly inquire about the status of our order. Despite their assurances that it was on its way, we remained anxious and frustrated. By the time our food finally arrived, our patience had worn thin. The management did offer to compensate us for the inconvenience, but the food itself was not worth the wait and hassle we had endured.

   I am a frequent local diner that comes there all the time and sits in booth table 2 in the bar area. Holly does an amazing job. Please ask the bus boys or servers helpers to calm down on trying to take the plates away. I have chicken on the fajita tray and i am eating and they see that but still ask if they can take it away. Very annoying.

    Loved our server but like our experience at the Durango yesterday, 630 PM seems to be a bewitching hour where the front of the house is whacked. Took our server some time to get to us because he had a lot of new customers seated at the same time. He was great and apologized and was just a great spirited young man who really added another enjoyable element to our really tasty food. He was really knowledgeable about the menu and the food was superb. Definitely going back and recommend this place.
